My wife and I were going to replace the siding on our house. We had seven different contractors give us bids. HDL Construction was not the least expensive or the highest bid. But when we met with Tim the choice was easy to make. We felt so confident with his professionalism we had them replace a garage service door along with new gutters and gutter guards. Everyone that I met treated me like I had known them for years. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. The job is done and my wife and I could not be more satisfied. The house looks absolutely beautiful. We have had so many compliments already and the job has been done for only a couple of days. After looking through reviews, I contacted HDL Construction to help me with new siding and stucco repair and to protect our home from water. Dennis, the owner, walked me through the process, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The installation of new siding and gutters went well. The stucco repair looks new, and he placed a new soffit and fascia too. The crew worked hard to finish the job on time, but more importantly, they were attentive to details keeping the area clean and safe during the construction. They also were very courteous to my husband. Dennis is an excellent contractor who uses top-notch material and went above and beyond to make us happy. I appreciate the job at my house, and I highly recommend Dennis for your next home project.

Our house was in dire need of siding. It was such a pleasure to work with this company. Great quality and extra details that other companies don’t include. The entire package is worth it. Like a brand new house. Also, they communicated quickly and often and I felt like we were in good hands. You can’t wrong with this company! The work is quality from start to finish and they did a great job cleaning site and protecting materials. We did our job in the winter and We has to stop for rain one day but they made up the time on a Saturday so they would finish on time and exactly for the contracted amount. They have an excellent selection of colors too!

My chimney needed a rebuild from the roofline up. I called five contractors and settled on HDL construction . It was a good choice. Danny said he would call before coming over, and he did, both when coming over for the estimate and for the actual job. He included me in the decision-making process, sending me pictures of different colored bricks and asking which I liked best. He saved me money by using my old flue, which was in great condition. His craftsmanship is top notch. Masonry is in his blood (his father, grandfather, and great grandfather were all masons) and he takes pride in his work. He and his worker did a great job cleaning up my property before they left. Thank you again

Wow. What an amazing experience we had with HDL. We were taking on a large project (new windows, siding, roof, and entry doors) and as first time homebuyers we didn’t know what to expect.
