In 2018, we reached out to Nick, one of the owners. He came to the house and put together a quote. He confirmed his work date and never mentioned anything. When he came out to do the work, he said he did not include an additional $250 of work. He wanted me to pay for his mistake. Why didn't he reach out before showing up to do the work? Why didn't he eat some if not all of HIS mistake? I paid him to get the job done but was very annoyed. I complained via Better Business Bureau and he never responded. I would NEVER use this company again or recommend anyone use them!!!

Called to schedule an appointment for repair work on gutters, waited two weeks for a return call, nothing...called another local company, they returned my call in 24 hours, quote received in another 24 hours, still nothing from Summit. Called them again to remove my name from any “wait list” I may have been on, objected to their lack of service, response was “we informed the office, I don’t know why they didn’t call you”. Me neither, unlikely I’ll ever call them again, they don’t want my business.
