From where we started to where we at now 😊 we we are beyond grateful and proud for this progress! We had American Home Remodeling renovated our kitchen, dining, patio and full basement and this was truly one of the BEST decision we have made. First four are the 'before' and you'll be amaze how American Home turned our house into a HOME. Kudos to JOHN, definitely a 5 star to him!!! We used American Home Remodeling for a new roof, gutters and siding on our home and it was the most stress-free experience we have ever had with a contractor. Nick Fiore was our project manager and we have nothing but great things to say about him and this company. Nick was very honest, personable, and detail oriented. He took the time to explain our options, answered all our questions and all phone calls were always promptly returned. He was super patient when I kept going back and forth over color choices for both the roof and the siding or whether to choose vinyl vs. composite…we decided to go with composite based on Nick’s recommendation - amazing product – so happy we went with it!We acquired other quotes when we were in the preliminary stages of deciding on a company, and as is usually the case, some prices were higher and some were lower. Right off the bat, Nick took the time to sit with us and go over all the contracts to make sure we were comparing “apples to apples”. His trustworthiness was evident from the start and though he wasn’t our lowest quote, we were extremely happy to have chosen him when the job was completed. We were not nickel and dimed. The price he quoted us was what we ended up paying!We were always kept in the loop when it came to material delivery and the job was started and completed earlier than expected. All of the work crews were hard-working, professional and always consulted with us if they had a question.I would not hesitate to recommend American Home Remodeling – the best decision we made when it came to this project! American Home Remodeling vinyl sided our rental lake home. There was a vinyl supply chain shortage at the time, and Nicholas Fiore advised us of the situation. He provided us with an estimate, followed by the work-order. The supplies came in at a reasonable time. Nick called to advise the supplies would be delivered, along with a dumpster and the work crew would arrive the same day to start tearing down the cedar shake shingles. Everything went according to plan and the job was completed within a week. My wife and I were very pleased with the job, as well as Nick and the crew from American Home Remodeling.Service: Exterior finishing

We chose American Home Remodeling for our siding project and it was a pretty seamless process from beginning to end. We had big holes in our siding due to carpenter bees and after doing research we decided on Ascend siding for our replacement. We went ahead and received a few quotes and American Home Remodeling stood out for their responsiveness and thoroughness of answering a billion questions we had. John was truly professional and made us feel that his company would do the best job of everyone we talked to. We even decided to get new doors and John said that would get done also. Once we signed the contract we received regular updates of when we could expect the job to begin and once the crew started it took about 5 days to finish. We are thrilled with how the job turned out and that our house is now protected from all the elements for a lifetime. USE THIS COMPANY!! LOOK NO FURTHER!First off I want to say the whole process was seamless and easy, which is a breath of fresh air from my past contracting experiences. John my sales rep was on time, professional, knowledgable, honest, and respectful of my tight budget. From our initial impression with John we knew he cared about our needs and wants but also suggested ideas to accommodate our layout for our kitchen better. We ended up contracting AHR to complete our kitchen, siding, and roof replacement. Our initial meeting my husband and I already gave John the job to work with us because we felt so comfortable with him. For a project that can take several weeks it was important to us that we hired someone who we can talk to easily and John was that person for us. Any slight issues that arose during the work, John quickly rectified it with his on site foreman. It really amazed my husband and I how on the ball John was with his clients. His was ALWAYS available via phone or email. I can't say enough good things about John and this company. Save your time and have these guys visit you house , you with NOT be disappointed. Thank you John and American Home Remodeling for making my kitchen, siding, and roof everything I could have asked for and more. We will be using this company again for other projects.

Had a new bannister installed. Also got a new foundation gate installed, as well as the crawl space underneath my home clews out. All jobs were done in one day with no problems. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. My project manager was very professional. He kept me well informed at every step and for each contractor that came to my home (windows, doors, garage, masonry repair, painting). The fencing repair was not on the list of services.. it looks great but the clean up was less than desired. Nails were everywhere (Im still picking up) and chucks of cement left behind. I'd use them again ... just be on guard for the clean up.

American Home Remodeling replaced our aluminum siding with new vinyl siding in 2018. John Fiore. helped us pick out a modern color for the siding and a chunky trim that looked so good when it was completed, we had someone approach us about buying our house the day after the job was completed. The pricing was lower than what we budgeted for the project, so we decided to have some additional work done. Since the lighting in our living room and upstairs bathroom was low, we had them cut holes into the side of the house and install three new windows before the siding job was started. What a difference it made in both rooms. They also replace another window for us. While the work on the siding was being done the crew noticed a problem with our roof and soffit. If the soffit was not repaired, it would make it difficult for the siding to be put on correctly. This was not figured into the cost of the siding or the scope of the work, but John came up with a solution that was fair to us and his company. He got someone in to fix the issue at an extremely reasonable price.I found John to be a fair and reasonable guy to work with. We were able to talk through any of the inevitable problems that happen during a remodeling project and come up with acceptable solutions for us both. That is why I did not hesitate to call John last week when we came across a problem during the replacement of our bathtub enclose. There was a structural issue that needed to be addressed before the project could proceed. I knew he would be able to find someone that could handle both the structural issue as well as take off and reinstall the siding properly. He told me he could get us on the schedule for two weeks but was able to get someone there in 3 days. The crew came out on Saturday and within one day had everything fixed. We are very happy we chose American home remodeling to remodel our attic into a usable space. They paid great attention to detail in their work and it showed. We had custom skylights installed as well as additional windows added. Everything was done in a timely manner. Our vynil floors came out beautiful, We couldn't be happier with their work. So I have had two jobs completed with AHR and have loved both experiences. The first job was a bathroom gut job and renovation. While it took longer than normally because they had to coordinate all the sub contractors together they were able to get it done and I am very happy with it. There are couple mistakes here and there was it comes to the paint and tiling but overall it is wonderful.The second job was a fence replace and repair. A drunk driver has crashed into my fence and it needed to be replaced. John (my contractor) worked with my insurance and kept me informed on every step of the way so I was comfortable with the process. Once the fence piece has been fabricated they installed it. While the sub contractor did leave a bit of a mess it was easily cleaned up.I highly recommend American Home Remodeling for any work that you might need to have done. Their financing options are good and they are willing to work with you on things as well. They were flexible when fixture delivery was delayed and worked around my schedule.
