zachary, roger, and their team exerted great effort at our residence in jersey city, skillfully installing our new roof. they performed an outstanding job, particularly in tidying up the surroundings after completing the roof setup. we're thrilled to enjoy the advantages of the cool roofing shingles and ridge vents, particularly in maintaining the house cool during the hot summer months. we've used their services three times since 1990 and they've continually lived up to their reputation of standing by their work and swiftly handling any concerns. big thanks to the team!

i contacted chavez & sons roofing & construction since we were dealing with a water leak in our upstairs bathroom. zachary promptly responded, skillfully identified the issue with the leaking vent boot, and provided us with an estimate. the very next morning, they efficiently resolved the problem. after an intense rainfall tonight in jersey city, we are relieved to find no more water intrusion.
