I have known Mike for about 8 years. He put a new roof on the Jersey City brownstone I live in about 8 years ago and it still looks like new. He also built the roof deck we put in back in 2016. It too still looks like new. Lastly, he is quick and responsive to all of my calls. His prices are more than reasonable and workmanship 2nd-to-none.

I can’t say enough positive about Mike and his crew from Imperial Roofing in Jersey City! I’m currently in the process of renovating a 2 family brick row house in Downtown Newark. After removing 4 layers of falling down ceiling on the 2nd Floor, I discovered I had leaks in well over a half dozen spots in the roof above. We got a couple good rainstorms and the water was just pouring in. After reading several other positive reviews on Google, I decided to give them a call. Mike’s wife Jasmine sent someone out within a couple days to assess my situation, and the estimate they came up with was very fair. Mike and his guys came in like a hurricane, and within 2 days flat had removed and disposed of multiple layers of old, damaged roofing, repaired all damaged/rotten spots in the wood decking, fully insulated, and torched down a brand new roof! They also installed a new down spout so that the water would drain off the roof properly and not pool going forward. His guys thoroughly cleaned the worksite so when they were done, you’d hardly know they were there at all. If you own a building in the Jersey City - Newark - Hoboken area, and are in need of a new roof or any kind of roof repair, Imperial Roofing is the go-to company to call.

Our back patio roof was leaking into our home that we just completed a large two story interior renovation on. Mike and his team came out quickly, gave a very fair price, and completed the job in one full day. Mike and his team were extremely respectful of our space and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy for those hours they were on site. They worked quickly, and when they were gone, it was like they were never even there; they even put back my patio furniture! I will definitely be working with Mike, Jasmine, and the Imperial team in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of exterior work!

I recently had Imperial Roofing over to replace my flat roof. The company was referred by a friend. I am extremely happy I called them. The owner Michael is very friendly and professional. Jasmine (other owner) took the time to work out all the details and was very accommodating. They matched my lowest work bid and did a few extra little things I needed done at no additional cost. They arrived on time and worked through the day to get the work completed in a timely manner. All work was explained and photos of the completed job were provided before expecting payment from me. No out of the ballpark prices. They go the extra mile for their customers and provide you with quality work. Mike and Jasmine are extremely friendly and professional. Customers receive up to date progress on current jobs, and are answered in a timely manner with efficiency. I hired Imperial Roofing to replace exterior molding on my roof and replace my roof. Seven months later the work is uncompleted. The molding isn't done. The roof leaks. They never finished painting.Dozens of emails and texts later, I'm left with no recourse but to take them to small claims court.Service: Roof repair

Imperial has done several jobs for us within this year (2015-2016), some big, some small. All were well priced and completed quickly and cleanly. The workmen did the jobs diligently and with respect. The Foreman, Mike, was professional and courteous. Jasmine was friendly, quick and efficient with the paperwork. I feel confident that if we need them to return to fix something, they will. I can't think how they could have been better. They're good, so they're often busy, so try to schedule as far in advance as you can.

We hired them to dour our siding and roofing, we ended with a section of roof was never completed, and there is a siding area that is completed exposed to water and snow damage. When we tried to contact them to fix it, this is one of the email responses(if any) we received:"This is Michael don't rush me to get over there, I waited for you formonths to get over there you can hold on until I'm free. I will seeyou on the 30th when I return from vacation.Do not email again telling lies.Once again this is Michael emailing you back.And if this is a problem with the 30th I suggest u find someone elseto repair it. Wow!! Im surprised to hear such nonsense! I have dealt with Imperial Roofing before, quite a few times and have NEVER had a bad experience. They have been nothing but professional and courteous. IDK, but it seems alittle too far fetched. I for one have recommended this company to quite a few friends and family members and no one has had a problem. I have recieved nothing but thanks for their recommendation. I am sorry to hear that you had such an experience, if that happened at all. Their work was great. Professional and i havent had to call them back to repair anything, despite a few shingles that Hurricane Sandy had help in blowing off, but that was all. I have had interior work, my roof redone, my steps and porch done and all have come out exceptional. TWO THUMBS UP FOR IMPERIAL ROOFING!!Once again, sorry to hear of your "experience" but I would highly recommend them.
