They were very nice and accommodating, showing up late at night to get the work started. When you call, someone is always there to assist. If your inspector isn’t available, they still find someone to a give you the information or assistance you need. Rico (forgive me if I got the name wrong) was especially nice and personable! He and his team member showed up at the end of the day to get my dishwasher properly back into it’s tight spot. He did it with a smile which helped me during this stressful time. Thank you!!!

I am very impressed with the Restoration Group. We had a leak repaired but there was damage to the walls and concern of mold or mildew. The manager of The Restoration Group explained what needed to be done and had a crew in the next day. The men worked quickly and removed the necessary drywall and left fans to air out the spaces. They left everything clean, were friendly, and after a few days picked up their equipment.I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company for water mitigation. My hot water tank went my insurance company sent the referral and they were calling before I could end with insurance. They are prompt, great customer service and excellent follow-up. In the event you need their services you will not be disappointed. Nice people, but our vanity and backsplash were badly damaged when removed, and in discussing the job the rep did not warn this could happen. The solid stone backsplash was broken into 3 pieces and one vanity leg had a big gash (2 inch) and there were numerous small gashes along the bottom. The workers told us that just an end broke off the backsplash and didn't tell us about the vanity leg/bottom and left them positioned in such a way that we couldn't tell until we had contractors in to put everything back together.

Great experience with Elite!!!Had water damage to my flooring from a broken pipe. Called my Insurance company Tuesday, Elite showed up 1st thing Wednesday morning to assess the damage & test for moisture under the floors & in the walls. Said they'd be back Thursday. 3 people arrived Thursday morning. They packed up all the breakable in my China cabinet, all of the cleaning supplies my laundry room, ripped up flooring in 4 rooms, cut out water damaged sheetrock, scrubbed the floors down wirh an anti mold treatment, and left 11 fans & 2 dehumidifiers to dry the rooms out. They said they'd be back Sunday and showed up on time, inspected the areas to make sure everything was dry, and removed all of their equipment. Very professional, on time, efficient, & clean.
