Hernandez & Sons Roofing did an excellent job with my roof installation today (7/5/23). The first thing that stood out to me was how spotless their company truck was. The team of roofers, featuring brandon and grant, displayed exceptional manners and professionalism. I would strongly suggest Hernandez & Sons Roofing to anyone in Kenilworth who requires a roof replacement. If it's feasible, think about giving them a gratuity for their superior service.

Speedy, thorough, and reasonably priced! We required a new roof owing to insurance complications, and the team was prompt and did an excellent job within the set timeframe! There was a minor hiccup where a bathroom fan/vent was damaged, but as soon as I brought it to their attention, they promptly came out and replaced it without any problems. The communication was superb, and the new roof and flat top exceeded our expectations! Tanner and David's work in Kenilworth is truly commendable.

In 2014, David and the team at Hernandez & Sons Roofing installed a stunning new roof on my building. I'm compelled to leave a review today because of David's exceptional customer service this week: I needed assistance to rectify a mistake made by the Kenilworth housing department. A permit had not been closed (through no fault of David's), and I was due to settle on the house in four days. David diligently collected information and evidence of a professional and to-code installation, successfully persuading the building department to close the permit. Even seven years later, I felt like I was David's top priority this week. And all this effort was put in to resolve an issue he had no part in creating. Now, that's what I call excellent customer service! Thank you, David.
