I would give A Grade the highest mark. Their work was excellent. They were on time and on top of any thing that had to be done. The team was so responsive, so polite and so helpful. It was a very big job as we had a tree fall on our house during hurricane Ida and we had water damage as well. It was a very big job and I couldn’t be more pleased. I cannot say enough nice things about the team. They left the house in great condition just like it was before the storm. They did little things when I didn’t have to ask and always left the house clean in spite of all the work.As I said originally, I would recommend them very highly.Services: Install flooring, Drywall installation, Repair flooring

We had a flood in my church’s basement thrift shop. Once I spoke with Christian from AGrade he made arrangements to be there in 30 minutes. He picked up McDonald’s for me on his way over! Once there he accessed the damage and told me my options. Once we set a plan he went into action immediately, taking a video and pictures, talking with our insurance company, arranging for a plumber and his crew to be there the next morning. He had equipment there by 8:30 the next morning and would have had some there that night if needed. AGrade was professional, empathetic, pleasant, efficient and turned what could have been a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. We felt totally at ease as he walked us through each step of the recovery and restoration. Christian and his team are exceptional. I highly recommend them.It’s obvious that Christian cares about his customers and works extremely well with others. He appears to have an excellent rapport with anyone he deals with, treating all with respect and generating respect back.Christian from AGrade has also set up a way for those dealing with loss to connect with community resources. He has definitely created a company that sees the person and their needs first.

We used A Grade when my grandmother's porch went on fire. They showed up right away and helped us when we needed them the most. Their employees and owner are extremely nice, helpful and professional. They cleaned our house from the smoke and debris and the day of the fire, they had their crew bring in industrial ionized fans to clear out the smoke because my grandmother has health issues and they are helping us rebuild the damaged part of our porch as well as working with our insurance company. When I first heard about A Grade and the services they had to offer I thought they sounded to good to be true. Luckily I was completely wrong! On September 1st my life had been turned upside down due to Hurricane Ida. I had literally lost half my home and the contents in it. My condominium was severely water damaged by a leaking pipe from the unit above me. I interviewed many prospective contractors and found A Grade to be a quality company.Cory (their representative) was very responsive and proficient in accessing my damages. He dealt on my behalf with the insurance company and got me a much better settlement than they initially offered.Upon arriving on a final set of specifications of the work to be done, an on site contracting crew was quickly deployed and the work was completed very expeditiously. The work was of high quality and all the workers (especially, Declan the chief, were very professional, competent, and polite. Our business experienced flood damage from Hurricane Ira. We reached out to multiple contractors who were not responsive and didn’t coordinate well together. After the fire I had in our home my wife and I were devastated until I met Jon and Chris. We had been trying to get the work underway with another contractor and kept being pushed back on the schedule. A Grade came in and took the over the project and from design to completion they were there the whole time. The attention to detail was impressive even with the changes that we made as the work was being done. There was the original fire damage that was bad enough but they even discovered water damage that had originally been missed which would have resulted in mold and possible health issues down the road. A GRADE Property Solutions was hired by our townhouse community to replace all our decks and siding. They were here last year doing the same and have a multi year contract. They were very neat and professional. Men were very polite and the quality was excellent. My neighbors and I are very happy with the new decks and siding. Two trees fell onto our house and caused serious damages on the roof due to a storm. Jon from A Grade came in immediately after our request and gave us a very detailed and precise estimate on the repair items. Then they did a fantastic job replacing our entire roof in just two days. They also fixed our internal damages in a timely manner and with incredibly high quality. I would recommend A Grade to any of my friends.

After experiencing a water leak in our kitchen, we were given AGrade’s name from our well known national insurance company.AGrade came in, took pictures, prepared the insurance estimate, submitted it. Once approved, AGrade introduced us to our general contractor and AGrade asked for a deposit (more than 40% of the estimate).AGrade DOESN’T perform any construction work. They do minimal project management, leaving the homeowner and contractor on their own.As items in the estimate get eliminated due to changes, their position is they collect overhead and profit for ALL items (as well as items that were purchased directly by the homeowner, no AGrade involvement).They asked for money promptly, while the general contractor was unpaid. In this case, this left us with an unhappy contractor who walked off the job.The contractor came back and finished the work. We were grateful to him.We have shared our experience with the insurance company to inform them before they refer them again.In this repair, we had good experiences with remediation company, the contractor and his subs (tiler and painter).I realize this might be AGrade’s only negative review, but I feel it is accurate depiction of what occurred and people should be aware of.

I found A Grade online and requested a roofing estimate. I met with the owner Christian who walked me through his estimate which included aerial images of my property and measurements of my roof. His estimate also had copies of his insurance and license and special manufacturer’s certifications. He has by far been the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. His crew removed my old roof and installed the new roof in one day. They took extra care to clean up around our house and even used a magnet on wheels to clean up all loose nails that could have been left on the lawn. They also put plywood under the wheels of their dumpster to protect my driveway. Our new roof looks great and we have referred them to our neighbors.

It’s easy to write a review about Christian Licciardi and his team at AGrade Property Restoration.....they are quite simply the “best team of contractors” I’ve ever been involved with! After our home was flooded do to a burst pipe this past winter, we engaged AGrade to handle the whole project.....I found them to be professional, polite, clean, prompt, and honest during the entire time of the work. To sum up, if ever needed again, I wouldn’t even consider anyone else!
