We contacted Mcraft to re-do our bathroom as it had been the original that came with the house. It was great working with Mauricio as he took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave us a quote for the work.During the demolition process he discovered that the shower and toilet had leaked at one point prior and had destroyed our subflooring. He immediately brought it to our attention and explained that while he could attempt to salvage what was there that it could become an issue down the road. We decided it best to have him replace the subfloor and do what's right the first time to avoid any problems down the road. He explained thoroughly and gave us a new quote based on the additional work.Needless to say we are very happy with the work Mauricio performed and the level of communication throughout the whole process. The bathroom looks spectacular and everything is as to how we asked for. We look forward to having him back for more home improvements and can't thank him enough!
