We couldn’t be happier with our triple bathroom and pool house remodel completed by Established Construction. Val, his brother Soni, and their entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the final reveal. Their prices are reasonable, they did not overcharge us, and even did a few extra things for us to make us happy. They listened carefully to our needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the design process. Val kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished spaces are truly impressive. Val really knows what he’s doing. He installed our brand new patio start to finish. It is absolutely stunning- a perfect enhancement to our backyard. He also added a fence to our deck AND even noticed our gutters needed cleaning and took care of that as well. It’s great to have a contact who can pretty much do it all. We will definitely be having him back for all of our home improvements moving forward.

I can’t speak more highly about Val and his team (and his brother!). After getting a number of quotes to pull up and re-pave our large driveway, and replace our old fence, Val was not only competitively priced, but efficient, and responsive (unlike others we reached out to).He helped suggest solutions for an area we were struggling with and turned our oversized, beat-up, driveway and chain-link fence into a pristine driveway, private fence, and perfect stone patio. He and his brother worked efficiently, and everything was done to the highest standard.During the project, and immediately after, our neighbors all commented on how great the work was.Val was a pleasure to work with and even made sure everything was done before a birthday party we were throwing at our house. We will 100% be calling him for future projects and have already recommended him to a friend. Impeccable workmanship and professionalism!!! We removed and replaced our deteriorating front steps and paver walkway. Val and his partner started on time, lived up to thier word and end result was gorgeous!!! He consulted with us through out the projects and we made requests on design that he always honored, which is uncommon for contractors. We got blue stone front steps with matching stone and a grey walkway. I would highly recommend Established Construction.

We got three projects done, he remodeled the house exterior stairs with new bluestone and decorative tiles, opened up the door to a basement room, and poured and leveled concrete.Val has great communication and answered all my questions. They showed up on time, fixed the problem, found an additional problem with our chimney, asked us about it, and solved that problem too. We needed some panels installed on the exterior of our house + close off our fence/add gates - Val came and gave us a great price - he was always immediately accessible via text/call to answer any questions. Val was absolutely wonderful! He replaced about 30 tiles on a water damaged shower wall, replaced some of the damaged drywall underneath and then beautifully regrouted the entire wall and the tub surround. He came on a Saturday afternoon around 2 and offered a quote and offered to do it then and there which he figured would take 3 hours or so. he did a beautiful job and it did take about 3 hours and we are extremely happy with the result. I needed my bathroom ceiling repaired due to water damage from a leaky roof vent. I requested a quote on Home Advisor and a few hours later Val from Established Construction was at my house fixing my ceiling! It was the quickest turnaround I’ve ever experienced in getting a home repair job done. Val was very courteous and polite from the moment he showed up till the end of the job. We needed significant fence repair work throughout our yard.We contacted Val at Established Construction on a Friday morning and by that afternoon had a meeting with Val and a very reasonable quote in hand. After working here all day on Sunday as he promised, all repairs were completed, including a few requiring some engineering creativity. Established construction LLC is an outstanding company. From the moment we contacted Val about repairing our front porch we have been extremely pleased with his customer service and professionalism. Val arrived 15 minutes early for the first appt. and early the day he did the job. Val and his asst. did an excellent job, and our front porch looks amazing.
