DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANYHad to roof ripped off and replaced by this company and then had leaks shortly after it was redone. After MANY calls and facetimes they came back EIGHT TIMES in two years to "fix" the problem and still to this day the roof leaks in more spots then it did before we had it redone.***This company also did our neighbors roof and they now have four leaks and have to hire a new company to redo the work***DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY

Wish they had a 0 for this review. Had a roof put on 5 years ago. Leak after Leak...Janiec would not honor their guarantee on their work. Now I had to get a complete new roof from a reputable company. RUN do not use them...Will continue this review on rip off report!

I am so happy I used Janiec Roofing to install my new roof 8 years ago in Ridgewood! Not only did they give me a fair price and got the job done quickly - the last two years I was really impressed with their post installation service! Last year, I had a small leak I discovered around the roof vents, I called Janiec and they responded and repaired the leak the next day without charge. Just this past week a few singles fell off the roof caused by either high winds or animals and once Janiec responded quickly to repair the damage at no cost. It is really refreshing that you find a vendor that not only honors their warrantee but exceeds it without questions asked! I seldom recommend vendors, but for this vendor I am more than happy to do so. If you need a new roof, give Janiec a call.

I can't begin to say how happy I am with this company they showed up on time was professional every step of the way from estimate to the job I also gotten Manu estimates and not to say Janiec not only saved me hundreds of dollars but thousands and believe me I gotten estimates from them all in the surrounding area soif you need a roof and are worried about how much that roof will set you back call them and I hope you will be surprised as I was roof is up tppk not even 4hrs and I love it its a definite 5 star ratting for me

Very bad experience. Despite repeated attempts my roof is still leaking and has in fact gotten worse. I have to find another roofer.I would not recommend Janiec roofing.Service: Roof repair

I had more leaks after they did the roof then before.they stopped back 2 times & put metal damns up which did nothing.then after calling 12 times [they were never there or never called back]I gave up & got real roofers to do the job.They badmouthed their job.Said they did the valleys all wrong.They were right because I have had no more leaks since the REAL ROOFERS fixed their poor quality job.
