Vassallo's just delivered my shed and it looks beautiful!! I'm using this building for a specific purpose and it requires insulation. They put in house grade windows and door and insulted the floor. Perfect! Everything was well-made and the delivery was seamless. It's amazing how they move sheds. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a shed. I ordered a 16‘ x 12‘ shed and they did a wonderful job installing it. They had to place crushed cement to level the ground and then stake it in so it was extremely secure. Not only were they very professional they were also really nice to talk to. Excellent quality & workmanship. This shed is built like a house! Double top plate, bottom plate under wall studs. Premium quality lumber, not what you buy at a local big box store. We added 2 more windows, no problem. They had 2 pre-built on site at their location, but we wanted a different color... No problem. We added rain gutters no problem. We offset door to one side and changed to single door. Floor is framed and fastened on 12-inch centers... stock!! Can support anything. All this customizing on a Saturday order, and was done within a week! Delivery was only 5 miles away, but pad preparation & precision placement occurred in less than 3 hours. They have the right equipment to shoe-horn a shed into the tightest of spaces. We literally had 7 inches of space on each side. They made it look easy! Everything about this shed is quality. Some houses aren't built this well. Mike is patient, accomodating & professional. Not many businesses run like this one any more. I can't say enough, and could go on. If you're on the fence deciding, you won't regret it.

Purchased my shed 2 years ago, right after they raised their shed prices. Not a problem. My complaint is, poor workmanship especially when it comes to the paint. For instance, the green shutters should have been sprayed before being nailed together. Also the door trim only received a very light coat of paint, the wood underneath is starting to weather. The rest of the shed is good. I should of checked every nook and cranny BEFORE it was delivered, this is my fault.

This family business has the friendliest, most helpful guys and gals I’ve ever dealt with… they built and delivered our shed quickly and I am extremely satisfied with the quality. If you are looking to get a shed, look no further. Working with the Vassallo family was nothing short of an amazing experience. Mike was so patient as we explored around their lot looking for the perfect shed, all while answering our many questions. When the shed was ready, we were not able to get it delivered to the house at that time (due to an issue on our end.) They allowed us to keep it on their lot as long as we needed to. We just got the shed delivered, but their craftsmanship speaks for its self. The shed is very well built, and if we should have any issues in the future, it’s a relief to know we can contact them and they can fix whatever the problem is on their lot. Excellent quality shed, far superior to the ones I saw at the large hardware retailers. Shed is very sturdy and has excellent aesthetics. Selecting components of the shed was a pleasant experience in their showroom, with many options and colors to pick from I was able to choose a color that matched my home’s siding perfectly. Customer service was excellent and their delivery/installation was superior using equipment that didn’t interfere with my yard and sprinkler system. They were willing to build us a new one but we opted for the “old” one sitting on the site. The old was was literally built 3 weeks ago.
