We hired Pristine Properties to do our bathroom remodel and we were happy with the process and the end result. Dan was very responsive from the request of the quote to the final touch ups. He was very willing to work with us to keep us within our budget. He completed the work in a short time frame and was easy to work with. We only had minor items requiring touch up at the end and he responded immediately to ensure we were satisfied.

Dan is great to work with and the quality of craftsmanship is also excellent. Dan renovated 3 full baths and did some dry wall repair. Throughout the process he communicated regularly and kept me in the loop with any issues that came up. He was also accommodating with any changes I made to the scope of work during the process. Dan also completed the work in a timely manner and his great attention to detail made sure the job was completed with precision. I highly recommend Dan for any job you have.

Dan performed an amazing job on the renovations for our new house. The flooring and wallpaint came out pristine. He went above and beyond: even after the main job was finished, he came back to do a thorough walkthrough and made sure that everything was done to perfection. Even the oddjobs from our wishlist (TV wall mounts, electrical fixture repairs, mirror mounts) that we asked for during his final walkthrough were done with no issues. He did not leave until he was sure that we were absolutely happy with everything. Definitely will use his services for future projects and I highly recommend Pristine Properties to everyone.
