After purchasing our first home a couple years ago, we knew we'd be in the market for a new roof in the next few years based on our inspection. We received an estimate from a door to door salesman (should've seen the red flag immediately) - we were shocked when we were told we'd need an entire new roof immediately, and at an INSANE price. Long story short, we were being taken advantage of & were about to be scammed.I reached out to our community Facebook page & received quite a few recommendations for Ricci Bros Roofing. All in one week's time, I was on the phone with Michael the owner, received an estimate, was followed up with, and had repairs made at a very fair price. Nowhere along the way did I feel like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of -- I trusted this company from the start.Ricci Bros has saved me a TON (I'm talking thousands) of money, but most of all they've given me peace of mind. I bought my house in 2018. A few months after moving in, we had some leaks on the flat roof portion of the home. This would only happen during storms with crazy wind and torrential downpours. Over 3 years, I had multiple roofers and my insurance company inspect it. One roofer did repairs as well. None of them were able to address the issue or tell me what could be wrong. I was at the point where I was asking Mike to jut put in a whole new flat roof, and he said that wasn't necessary. He came out and identified the problem almost immediately. The flat roof was not sealed off correctly. He was able to make the repairs in 2 trips at a reasonable price, and no sign of leaking since! If you are looking for an honest, reasonable roofing company that knows what they are doing I highly recommend Ricci Roofing!Service: Roof repair

Left this review on Facebook as well and cross posting to Google:Mike and Marcus did a fantastic job with our old roof.For me it all started on the local Haddon Heights Happenings Facebook page, where I asked the group for recommendations on roofers. A number of people recommended Ricci Brothers and Marcus chimed in, thanking people for their references and offered to help.After some messages, Marcus arranged a day and time to meet with him and his Dad, Mike. They were punctual. They looked the house over and sent me an estimate later that day. Really polite, friendly guys. They make you feel like you're family or a next door neighbor.Despite how much I liked these guys, I had do my due diligence with this being one of the larger purchases I've made in my young adult life. I told them this and they encouraged it. I found that their estimate was competitive and thorough. I walked through some Q & A with Mike and after some time I reached out with the guys to get things scheduled.My house was no easy job. It's sloped in all the wrong degrees for a person to stand on top of. It didn't help that it was hot and that our houses are close to each other - making garbage disposal a bit difficult.But these guys did it. They did even stuck to the price on the estimate despite going off script and replacing rotted wood boards and then some. My wife is happy and says I "picked a good one." That speaks volumes alone.Quality work with a fair and friendly price. Looking forward to calling the guys up to get my siding done in a couple years.Thank you Mike and Marcus!
