Jim first replaced my gutters and downspouts 5 years ago. I had such a great experience that when it was time to replace my roof I only placed one call. I find him to be honest, low pressure, responsive and very service oriented. He puts in the time to explain everything and does not finish a job until you are 100% satisfied. Affordable Restorations replaced my roof and did a quality job. They also finished the job in a timely manner. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after the roof was installed. Jim have been keeping me up-to-date from the beginning from picking the best date to install the roof to keeping me update with the status of the work. Affordable Restoration LLC, I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs installation of a new roof and gutters. One thing that is very important is to know what you're paying for. Jim took pictures of what repairs were need and explained why, extremely patient when it came to explaining every step that was needed to make sure my parent's roof would be installed with the best materials on the market.Being that my parents are seniors I had no worries that this company would not take advantage of them at all, very trustworthy and professional.
