Our experience with Panda Exteriors was nothing short of outstanding...We are actually the third or fourth house on our block that Panda has done the roof for.We are extremely happy with our new roof and gutters. Everyone in the crew was friendly, efficient, and very neat with the clean up, which we appreciate immensely because of our two dogs.The whole experience was both painless and seamless. They delivered on everything that they promised.Our salesperson, Austin, was well spoken, prompt, and dealt with our insurance company from the initial inspection down to the closing out of our claim.Tony S., our Project Manager, was equally a pleasure to deal with. He was on site the whole day during our install and made sure that our whole experience was nothing less than amazing. Trust that if you are lucky enough to have him on your installation, you are in VERY GOOD HANDS!!! He explained step by step what was going on through the whole process, and will always respond in a timely manner if you have any questions or concerns.We would, and will, highly recommend Panda Exteriors to all of our family and friends as well as to anyone reading this.Thank you Panda Exteriors!!!

Great company to work with for a roof replacement. From the initial inspection and contract signing with Austin, through the insurance claim dealings, up to the installation managed by Tony S, everything went smooth with frequent contact by each member and all of my many questions answered. Great roofing company. They handled my roof replacement from start to finish.Tony S. was my project manager and I can't say enough as to how amazing he was to deal with. He oversaw the whole installation and made sure everything went as smooth as possible and answered all of my questions. He even went as far as sealing some areas of my chimney, even though it wasn't in their scope of work and had nothing to do with my roof, because I had a leak from my chimney chase cracking.Rest assured if Tony is overseeing your project you need not worry about a thing. You are in more than capable hands. He is the absolute best. Professional, knowledgeable, well spoken, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.Thank you Tony and Panda Exteriors for a job well done. Great experience with Panda. They called the week prior to see if we wanted the dates the following week . We agreed on a date, the material was here the day before, and they showed up early in the morning the day of install. They were done by 4pm. The day prior to install I got a call from Panda, this would be my contact if I needed to discuss things. That person (Kyle) was there the day of install and explained everything, asked if we had any questions and mentioned he was available if we had any questions or concerns during the project. Everything went well, our roof looks great. Kyle was there when the job was wrapped up to make sure we were comfortable with everything. A few days later, a rep from Panda called to make sure everything was all good. Great experience all around.

Panda Exteriors has customer service at the top of their list! From the first encounter with Dani, our salesperson, to Tony S, our project manager, the whole process was streamlined and painless. Dani worked directly with the insurance company to ensure the entire job was covered. He brought samples to make color selection easier and explained the different materials and upgrades available. He didn’t try to upsell us on everything but offered solid advice where a different selection could benefit us based on the current wear and tear of the existing roof. On install day, the crew discovered a bathroom vent duct no longer connected to the outside. It was dangling in the attic. They fixed this at no charge to me. Maybe they dislodged it during the demolition, but… maybe not. Either way, they took responsibility for it, brought it to my attention, and addressed the repair. A couple of minor issues in backyard décor and presto, they just purchased replacements on the spot. No haggling, no “it was like that.” Instead, “I will bring you a new one right away.” Which they did on that very day!Let’s face it, construction jobs come with headaches… the unknowns, carelessness on property, and rude crews. Not here. Every person on my property was respectful and made sure I was safe when entering/exiting my home during the renovation. As for the clean up, you would not have known they replaced a roof.This is a top-notch company which I have already referred to my family/friends for their exterior enhancements.

Great company to work with! All around great people, and a great help throughout the process. Dani Lopes My sales rep was excellent in all aspects came in from the start and told me the only thing to worry about is picking a color and he’ll take care of the rest, while still keeping me in the loop without having to deal with all the headaches myself.I had read a review, specifically about Dani, and had questioned him about this, and he had no problem, showcasing evidence, and testimonials from his previous clients, as well as current clients that completely proved that review dishonest (Newsflash, trying to steal money from insurance company is fraud!) But anyway, not my problem.They are getting ready to put on a roof, gutters, and siding for my house This coming month And I couldn’t be more excited! Especially Because I didn’t even know Insurance Would cover me for this. We had put aside about $20,000 To get all of this Done. As soon as Dani came By our house He let me know, put that away save it for a rainy day, Which we did! Putting aside $10,000 right back into our bank That we needed desperately due to the current economy.We did have to come out of pocket for the siding and the gutters unfortunately Allstate would not cover this but we still saved a ton of money going through this and Dani set us up with an amazing finance plan that meant we didn’t have to make any payments for 12 months amazing right I thought the same thing! All thanks go out to the Panda team as well as Dani. I highly recommend this company to Anybody suffering from damage to their home and don’t know where to begin. Call panda and ask for Dani right away!

Yoel Rodriguez (Marlton, NU) was my sales consultant and he got me a new roof from my insurance company. It took a while... I almost gave up, but he DID not. It was a hard case. He is sincere, persistant and he tries his best. He showed up to all the appointments and answer promptly to all my questions. He is relatively new to the company, but I have no doubt that he will be successful. I just signed the contract so I will write another review once the job is done :)

form beging to end the entire experience was professional. the installation met all my expectations. the crew who did the work were neat clean and clearly experienced in roof installation. Dani lopez was my sales person i met with him several times and many phone conversations before i decided to hire panda roofing. they were a bit more expensive than my other quotes, but were close enough to be in the ballpark. even thought they weren't the cheapest of all my quotes i decided to go with them because they took the time to explaine the entire process and discused in detail about the materials and products they use to guarantee a professional installation. sone times it's true you get what you pay for. Dani lopez did a fantastic job to seal the deal. they delivere the roofing material a few days before installation. on the day of installation the crew was here at 6:50 A.m to start work at 7 am. the project manager tony samanoglu arrived on the scene to discuss any concerns i had and to make sure the job was going smoothly. he discussed in detail how the entire protect would go from beging to end. one the job was completed the crew cleaned up my property and by the time they were finished you would never know there were contractors ripping down a roof and installing a new one. the enitire process took 2 days and i am extremely happy with the results and the new look of my home. one of the workers was even kind enough to install all of my new window shuttersServices: Attic venting repairs, Roof inspection, Roof installation

Daniel Lopez was a sales person. He promised many things and told us that we can use any company to remove and re install our solar panels. As soon as I had decided to go with a different company to remove solar panels, Daniel and his manager gave us very hard time. I was threatened that they will take me to the court. I end up losing many perks which the sales person agreed on earlier. Please stay away from Panda exterior from my experience.Many of my neighbors were appreciated when I told my experience and they went with a different roofing company.I was told that the roof will be completed in one day but they took one and half day. Since rain didn't come and saved my roof damage for two days. I think the company mis calculated the men hours and got much less crew members the job.The process could've been a little smoother leading up to the installation.Only good part, Tony S. was our project manager and tried the whole process go smoother at roof installation.He was responsive whenever we called him and answered all of our questions while he was on site at our home.MS

From the moment I met Jay Rapan, I have been put first as a client. I'm in the middle of a divorce and soon ready to sell my home and making repairs as a single mom is scary enough. Not only was Jay kind, attentive and patient, he did whatever he could to support my decision making process to go smoothly.Once everything was approved by the insurance, Jay again went out of his way to ensure that things were going well. On the day the job began, Jay again came to ensure our safety and the completion of the project. Jay also went as far as to keep my 2 little boys 6 and 5, safe. The boys were excited to see the roof being done and were home due to not feeling well. Jay made the project fun for the kids so they could see the job safely!Kyle the project manager also was just as kind and attentive to the needs of my roof, his crew and our safety.
