My wife and I were well aware of the fabulous public reputation of Georgetti construction. And I had known Scott Georgetti before my wife and I asked him to build our house. Certainly the quality of every detail exceeded our expectations. For me, the most impressive, characteristic of the “Georgetti” building experience was how smoothly each step progressed. The integration between various craftsmen; excavating, siding, roofing, landscaping and fine carpentry was virtually seamless. To top all this off, everyonecwas friendly! Patient! All I can say is Bravo!

After biking around Ocean City for many years and admiring the many beautiful custom homes built by the Georgetti Construction team, when it finally came time to build our dream bayfront home we called Scott, and only Scott. We could not be happier with the finished product! Scott is a master at his craft, and together with his close-knit family team, is a true high quality custom home builder. Scott and his team take immense pride in their projects, and it shows in the finished product. Scott is extremely detailed, organized, and thorough and was available and responsive to us at all times. We often picked up the phone to call Scott directly and he always answered, no question was too big or too small. His team kept a very neat job site throughout the demolition and rebuild. Drawing from his vast experience, Scott weighed in on every aspect of the project, sharing his knowledge and expertise with us and providing us with insights from the design and architectural drawing phase through to the completed project. He sorted through unexpected issues with the bulkhead and pool installation, always assuring us that he would find a solution. Any question we had or idea we were considering, Scott would quickly pull out his mobile phone and show us photos of the subject matter from his other jobs and allowed us to walk through several of his finished homes. Scott has a strong network of design and product specialists that assisted us with all our product selections. He drove all parties to stay on schedule, manage supply chain issues, and meet our targeted timelines - there was hardly a day when there was not significant activity going on at the job site. Scott and his team's interior work on custom moldings, ceilings, staircases, and finishing touches are truly top notch. Scott and his team continue to check in with us and we feel comfortable contacting them with our questions. It was a pleasure working with Scott Georgetti and his construction team. Scott was proactive in meeting with us to discuss the layout of the house at the job site, and he also took the time to manage our expectations about potential weather delays and supply issues. Scott and his team made sure that we were always in the loop, from the initial plans to the final touches. We never had to wonder what was going on with the build, because we were informed every step of the way. Throughout the process, Scott and his team provided us with reassurance that he would address any problems or worries we had, resulting in a positive overall experience. We were very pleased with the work of the tradesman Georgetti employs. The quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. Our home was completed in the expected time frame and the Georgetti team continues to check-in to make sure we are satisfied with our home and that we love it.

We can highly recommend Georgetti Construction. He and his family run company worked alongside us to build our dream beachfront home. The quality and the craftsmanship is exceptional. One thing I found amazing was that he always answered his phone or texted immediately. And nothing we asked was too much trouble. He always ended with “we want you to be happy”. And now that our house is 100% finished he still makes himself available to us. We are very happy with the whole experience and consider he and his family our friends.

Scott and his team built our home in Ocean city NJ on the bay in 2022. Words cannot explain the craftsmanship and attention to every detail. They made the process so easy building even though we built thru the pandemic and the aftermath with inflation. If I ever build again, it’s definitely with Georgetti Construction.
