Rick, Jay and their crew were incredible to work with. I have never seen a contractor hold a vacuum up to the wall when they cut out drywall. They took so much care in the work and my house and did a clean and tremendous job. This crew lifted a 500lb window by hand while climbing ladders up two floors. Utmost professionalism, perfect install, and genuinely nice people. I bought Pella windows but they became Alvarez windows after the install. Can’t recommend this team enough!

I was looking to get a concrete walkway ripped up and replaced with pavers and was recommended to contact Alvarez & Sons. I was not disappointed. They were timely, professional and didn't try to hard sell me on the work. They explained the job and provided a quote and didnt try and pressure me to make a decision. The walkway came out amazing and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and will be using them for future projects.

I needed new windows and back sliding door replaced so I was referred to Alvarez and Sons from a family member because of their attention to detail and quality of work. They were professional, efficient with timing, and also at the end of day cleaned everything so you didn't even know they were there! From the moment I booked my FREE estimate to the timely fashion they arrived they were beyond knowledge and extremely professional. I needed my kitchen redone and am 5 months pregnant. I was nervous about getting it done during my pregnancy because you never know what could happen. But on the other hand i was hesitant to wait and have it redone after with a newborn. I was reassured, and promised my kitchen would be completely finished within 6 weeks. We decided to go ahead, and have it done. We couldn't have made a better choice! My kitchen is finished, everything i wanted and more! I would 100% recommend them in the future.

Buyer Beware! Unless you want to be lied to and ignored for months at a time. We hired Jason and Rick to do a number of projects at our home in April. They promised to finish in mid-May. Now its August and they haven’t even finished half the job, they have vanished entirely. They won’t return our phone calls, they won’t return our text messages or emails. Half of the work they did do, had to be redone because they didn’t do it right. We were totally taken in by their song and dance that they weren’t like all the other contractors who just show up to get a deposit, do one or two days of work and then disappear. But that’s exactly what happened to us. Initially, we got excuse after excuse after excuse for why they couldn’t show up. Then for six weeks they ghosted us and refused all contact. Neither Jason or Rick has been to our house for 2 full months. Now we are out $12,000 and they are nowhere to be found!
