After two years of searching for a contractor to repair my roof which had been damaged by a large oak tree downed by a storm during Covid, I was finally recommended to CMB General Contractors in Medford, NJ (by Michael Maher, realtor). The degree of professionalism throughout cannot be matched or exceeded. From determining my needs, through to its completion, everyone involved exhibited care and professionalism. The final painting of the new siding was done with pride. The young men called me to inspect their work, which was excellent. Not knowing my name, one of them called me "Mom" to get my attention, which I found endearing. Small problems that came up at the end of the project were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

They installed a new roof. They had done my roof 25 years ago too. Great to work with. Very professional. They did do minor damage to something in my yard but had parts ordered the next day to fix it which was agreed to. I needed new plywood which they showed me & explained. Very transparent. We have been customers of CMB for many years. We started with a new roof, siding and windows. Later, our bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room have all been remodeled. We have joked many times that our house should be a show house for CMB. CMB rebuilt my deck off the kitchen on the second floor. I had heard of them from my neighbor who also had a deck rebuilt and was really satisfied with the work they did. They were on time and professional, and did exceptional work with good materials. There was a bee nest under my siding. I called an exterminator but it didn’t help much while they were here. I told them I was OK if they wanted to delay things until the bees were gone, but they worked through it anyway, basically swatted away bees for a day and a half, and still did an outstanding job under difficult circumstances. They went WAY above and beyond. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Used CMB for a few jobs at my home. Never again. DON' USE THEM. They used a subcontractor (carpenter) for one major project who did very poor quality work. On a different job, I got major attitude from the salesman who started yelling at me (unprovoked) while I was at work and kept my cool. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere.

CMB presents well at the beginning. They send their sales guy to convince you that they are professional. However once the job starts, throw the dice! The salesman won’t be in the picture anymore. They ruined my landscaping and when asked about it told me that “those things happen” and “it’s covered in the contract”. Better hope you don’t have a question while the job is in progress because the roofers only speak Spanish and the site manager doesn’t speak it.
