YOU WILL BE AMAZED!We love older homes. Not everyone does. They can be painful to renovate and not everyone has the patience and detail needed to restore them to their former glory.After utilizing several contractors over the years and not being thrilled with the work performed, we met Tyler Grace. Tyler is different. He loves what he does. You can see it in his eyes and hear it in his voice when he speaks with you about projects, methods, and options. He’s literally the most detail oriented person I have ever met and that’s saying a lot because my husband is a very close second. This makes him the perfect fit for us.Tyler’s first project on our 1920s Center Hall Colonial home was to renovate our vestibule, dining room, and an insanely small powder room. Each one of these spaces presented it’s own unique set of challenges. Tyler was very upfront with his estimate and additional costs we may encounter before starting the work, and as the process moved along. His communication remained excellent throughout the entire project, advising us of small details he saw that can be improved while giving us options of what might work best. Because of his particularities and the pride in his work, Tyler sees things other contractors would overlook or just not concern themselves with. At the end of this project, we were literally in awe of our new spaces. His work was well above and beyond our expectations. Also, because of his meticulous site prep and dust filtering system, my home was left spotless—as clean as the day he walked in. I have a large crystal chandelier that hangs in a neighboring room and there was not a speck of construction dust that even got to it!Because we were so thrilled with the first project, we had Tyler back a second time for some additional work. This included a fireplace conversion to gas and custom built mantel, as well as a full renovation to a dilapidated sunroom. Tyler again was extremely communicative, tidy, and as detailed as the first time. Because of him our home is becoming a beautiful space that reflects our own unique personality. Tyler has literally made our dreams come true! I am a repeat customer with TRG Home Concepts, having had them completely remodel the kitchen as well as the master bathroom in my home. Tyler is unique in that he is both an excellent craftsman and has an exceptional eye for design. Once he begins your job, he dedicates his time to it until completion, with no delays (unlike many other contractors who take on multiple jobs at once). He is very prompt, works long days, and maintains an impeccably clean job site, thoroughly cleaning up each day before leaving your home. He is extremely organized and methodical in planning and executing your project, and he orders everything up front to ensure there are no delays when he starts the job. Another characteristic that sets Tyler apart is his dedication with continuing to learn and hone his craft. He is clearly a leader in his field and sets the bar very high for himself and all subs. We have never had a craftsman deliver this level of expertise in a remodeling experience, and we would not hesitate to use him again.

I cannot say enough good things about Tyler and his work. The entire process, from estimate to the finished product, was perfection. He carefully listened to my ideas for my dream built-in bookcases, offered suggestions, and came up with a final design that was gorgeous and worked in the space. While Tyler was here building the shelves (and he is on the job himself all day every day!) we had builders working on another project in the house, and it really made for a startling contrast, and highlighted Tyler’s timeliness, efficiency, communication, cleanliness, work ethic, respect for my family and our space, dedication, and perfectionism. And the final product was stunning. I have told countless people that I will never let anyone else work on my house! Can’t recommend enough!!

I have used TRG Home Concepts on multiple projects in my home. On each project, I was impressed with the original concept that was presented to me and I received a detailed scope of the project that answered all of my questions. Tyler is meticulous in his work. I absolutely love my new tiled fireplace wall. It’s exactly what I had envisioned ! I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work. Tyler is a true craftsman, which is hard to come by these days. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Both Tyler and Ryan kept the working area completely clean and free of any debris. They are the nicest people and even loved on my dog! I originally found Tyler through social media and was drawn to his attention to the finer details. As an interior designer this made him stand out. You’ll see what I mean just by a quick glance at his portfolio. Tyler brought me on to do design work for a few renovations and I was always amazed by how incredible his clients all were. It speaks volume about him. I’d say what sets him apart from other builders is his quality control. Nothing slips by him as he’s always on site self performing and is constantly challenging himself to do things better. Another is how he has his business set up. He only takes on one project at a time so he can ensure it gets the attention it deserves. We bought a unique house 3 years ago that had an atrium with a potted tree in a pit in the floor. Fast forward to today, over the last 2 weeks we have had a new floor installed and the project was seem less. Not that the rebar reinforced concrete wall around the pit wasn’t a curveball, but the craftsmanship was excellent. My wife and kids were home for the duration and no issue was caused at all. The house and workspace were impeccably cleaned during and after the work. I have followed these guys on Instagram for awhile and the work matches up precisely with what I saw. If you are looking for a top flight builder with an eye for the details then you must hire TRG. The simple fact is they have touched virtually every room in our home and added an entire section to the house. All of it with a level of craftsmanship that was beyond what we could have ever have hoped for! How often can you say a builder was in your home for an extended time and daily it was clean?
