Consider that I sent photos of the necessary repair work, and Geoffrey contacted me to inform me that it was damage caused by termites. Most of the termite damage was from several years ago, but they found a small active termite colony. After treating the affected area and reevaluating the roofing sections, no active termite activity was detected. Consequently, a start date was set. Nolan, Matthew, and John were courteous and left the property in a better condition than when they arrived.
