Kudos to them for getting my roofing done on time. At each step they were helping me with the answers for the kind of questions of I had. They are very knowledgeable.Chris was instrumental in helping me navigate the process of replacing my entire roof due to hail damage covered by my homeowners insurance. Despite not having any missing shingles or leaks initially, Chris's thorough assessment revealed significant hail damage that was not visible to the naked eye.His expertise to detail ensured that the insurance claim process went smoothly, and I am grateful for his professionalism and dedication. Christos has been very helpful during the whole process to get the job done. The whole team, Chris, Brody, Pat are all very nice, professional and helpful. They have explained everything and made it very transparent every steps to make you understand and comfortable. The whole roof was replaced in one day professionally, there is no garbage left when the job is done. They addressed my concerns promptly. When I checked the roof later, I noticed a small spot that looks a little bumpy and I raised the concern to Chris. He immediately got a ladder and climbed up to check it out, and have it addressed shortly. They have come back multiple times for feedbacks if everything is okay. We have a pretty good experience using this company.

Absolute Roofing and in particular, Chandler has done an outstanding job in replacing our roof. Our roof was damaged from a storm, and Chandler worked diligently with our insurance company to repeat replace it. He managed every step of the process meticulously and to succession. It was a complicated project as we had solar panels on our roof that needed to be removed prior to replacing our roof and then reinstalling the solar panels. He managed all without incident always keeping good communication and informing us of the process along the way from the start to finish. He’s a shining example of the a way project should get done.
