Erie Home, Roofing, hooked me with their metal roof ad - I don't really like the traditional shingles/ materials.The sales guy was very helpful, knew all the materials, answered all my questions, and in the end gave me a deal I didn't walk away from. I think the metal material is a better option, but could not afford it.The working crew (5 guys) arrived on time, worked really fast, and cleaned-up good. There were few things that I had questions about afterwards - Erie was there for support. I am satisfied with the quality & recommend them.Service: Roof installation

I was very impressed with the work Erie Construction did for me last Thursday (10/6/22) installing a new fiber glass roof at my house.The workers arrived very early in the morning and beganwork immediately. They worked efficiently and without unnecessary chatter or noises. They completed the entire roof in a little more a than half day. Whenwere finished, they cleaned up. Although installation was delayed twice due to unforeseen circumstances once the roofing team arrived I was very impressed from beginning to end. The team was careful to protect my home and surrounding pants and shrubs when they were removing my existing roof. The installation was done with precision and attention to detail. The entire removal and installation was completed in less that 8 hours (my home is small). After the job was complete, the team made sure the area was clean and left in excellent condition. Erie Construction is a great company! When we contacted Erie regarding our roofing needs, an appointment was made and their representative set up a time that was convenient for us to discuss their products and also answer questions regarding financing. After discussing our options, we decided to move forward with our roofing project.The installation team arrived early and worked continuously to finish the job. Upon completion they cleaned the worksite area thoroughly and provided photos of the different stages of work being done. The work they provided was excellent.During the entire process, the Erie team communicated, was very professional and prompt from start to finish. Erie took on our roof that was in horrible shape, several layers of old roofing and rotting deck boards. The sales person came out and inspected the roof inside and out. Even got on the roof to see just how bad it was (MOST places do not bother). While it took some time to get materials, once they were delivered, the crew went to work. Completely replaced our roof in a few days. Crew made sure to clean the site each day. Roof looks great! Anytime I called the office for info or status, they were always prompt to answer and were on top it. From sales to finish was great. No surprise expenses, finished product looks great. Would definitely recommend Erie for roofing needs and will be talking to them about future projects I have coming up as well.

I cannot express how great our experience with Erie was. The sales rep who came to our house, at our convenience, explained everything from the financing to the the materials and the what we needed. The project manager made sure we knew everything that was happening, as well as any changes that came up. The workers went above and beyond our expectations. They completed the project quickly and efficiently. They also talked to us about anything they needed or was doing. When the project was completed, they made sure they left the surrounding areas with nothing left behind. Two men even stayed later to double check everything, knowing i had small children that walked around outside and could get hurt. Excellent service from a hard working crew. They removed our old cement tile roof and replaced with a metal "tile style" roof which looks great and most importantly functions perfectly. We needed to replace our roof and had planned to do in the next 2 or 3 years but Erie came out and showed us all their roofing options and we signed on the spot. The salesman (Nick) was fantastic - knowledgeable, professional, communicative. Our follow up was with Chris who was a kind of project manager and followed up with us pre and post roof installation. Luciano was our onsite manager day of the install and everything ran smoothly. The crew was quick, efficient and cleaned up. Alan was our final contact and he followed up to see how our experience was, if we were satisfied and if there was anything else that we needed.I think the thing that sets Erie apart is the absolute white glove customer service and their guarantee which you don't get from a lot of other companies. They stand being the product and their workmanship. Beginning with Cristian Torres, who pitched the product to us after I saw an ad on my AOL mail site, and ending with a young man named "Iman" who vacuumed my attic, ERIE delivered a Top "10" performance. The "go-to-guy" Domenick answered my questions appropriately and in a timely manner, and was a welcome "safety-net" for us as the job progressed from contract-signing to installation. I specifically chose ERIE based on the fact that it was a "family-owned and operated" business, and am happy that I did. I would be proud to display an ERIE sign on my lawn, and recommend the company to all who would be willing to listen. Finally, I would like to commend James the on-site manager for his attention to details, like "cleanups" and parking the refuse trailer on the street rather than on my paver driveway! Yikes. This company got my number somehow from a misleading instagram ad. They called me OVER AND OVER for weeks. I’d block the number because no one would even leave a message and finally I picked up and politely told them to take me off their call list. The guy was extremely rude on the other end. I would never trust them based on their predatory calling/sales efforts.
