Unprofessional, poor communication, rude and unkind. I’m not sure why this company has so many different profiles on Google, but after I commented negatively on one of the others the contractor reached out expressing their surprise and dissatisfaction about the review. Following this, the people at the office were angry (short responses on the phone and raised voice) with me. Since, they have gone on to speak ill of my husband and fabricated tales they have shared with other professionals in the industry (in which my husband works) in response to our negative review, which was regarding Gika’s destruction of our property, the large amounts of garbage and debris left on our property (as well as neighbors) and their failure to fix the original issue we called about (a leaking roof), among other issues. In case something goes awry, do not expect them to respond graciously (they dismissed my negative experience pointing to all of their “raving reviews”. My suggestion?
