I have a very old house with a soffit rotting out (and housing several bird nests) and gutter in need of modification. Morris Renovations was very attentive in returning my phone call, coming out to assess the needed repairs, and give me what I thought was a fair estimate without trying to tack on additional work. I spoke with Tiandra and Ray, the installer, and I confirmed with both that, for now, I just needed one window replaced. Both assured me that was fine. Ray asked me to email him photos and measurements so he could give me an estimate. He never replied back. My appointment was scheduled for Sunday, May 28th from 10-12pm. By 11:45am Ray still was a no show so I called the main number and spoke with Tiandra again. She said she'd contact the office and she quickly hung up not giving me a chance to reply. Strange. Tried calling Ray's number and no one picked up. Thanks Morris Renovations for wasting two hours of my Memorial Day Weekend waiting around for you. I understand that one window is a small job which is why I was very clear upfront about a one window replacement. It would've been nice for you to just turn me down from the beginning. We are looking to replace all of our casement windows next year and I, for sure, will not be contacting Morris Renovations for that job.Service: Casement window installation & replacement

I had a project of my 4 car garage. I called couple of roofers. This company did a remote diagnosis, and gave me a good price with discount taken into considering (and without being asked). Their staffs finished the project on time with good quality. They also did extra fixes free of charge. During this process, they did a great job to follow up with me on the status of the project, the order of materials etc. I appreciated their professionalism. Their remote diagnosis was innovative, saving time for both owners and themselves.

We were looking to have a portion of our gutter repaired. After contacting Morris Renovations and having them access the damage we decided to have them install a new gutter. The estimate given to us was reasonable and it was the final price we paid.The men who showed up to install the new gutter were polite and professional. Just when you think service and loyalty are dead, and business is so transactional, Morris Renovation steps up to prove the value of a great personal experience, and the highest level of work ethic/quality.I had hired Morris Renovation to replace the roof on our previous home. They were in and out in a matter of 2 days (max) and made sure to clean up any evidence of construction. Their pricing was also very competitive.So naturally, when we moved into our new home a few weeks ago, and saw we needed to have gutters done, we called Morris Renovations for a quote. We had received a couple other quotes, but when Chuck stopped by to talk, he was determined to show existing client loyalty. Not only did he remember us from our previous project, he made it more than just a business transaction and proved that Morris Renovations WANTED our business.A couple days later, we had gutters. Our house had been sided years back but the soffits were never properly vented. Upon contacting Morris Renovations and speaking with Andrew, I received a clear explanation of what they needed to do and an estimate which was very fair. They were able to schedule the work almost immediately. They also coordinated their job with another contractor we had working on a separate job in the attic. Roman stayed in touch with me during the work period as we needed to add additional repairs. After reading all the great reviews I decided to go with Morris Renovations. After the contract was signed, which took a bit of going back and forth, project manager Volodymyr and his crew did a phenomenal job on the two roof sections I had redone. My front porch is very old and I noticed after the first rain after the job was done the pitch was not 100%. I texted Volodymyr and his crew were back and everything is perfect. They used tarps and cleaned up everything. None of my shrubs or plants around the work area were damaged in the least. When its time for the main roof to be redone I know who to call. Thanks Volodymyr and your team.

We have used Morris Renovations on several large jobs on our home over the past few years: Front Porch Siding, Front Porch large double pane replacement windows and most recently a whole house new roof. Their workers were all very professional, hard working, neat, They use quality materials, expertly installed. They removed two (2) layers of roofing shingles, replaced rotted substrate and cleaned everything up like they'd never been there. I have had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed which they did quickly and hassle free. A great company! They do a superior job at a fair price and then stand by their job and craftsmanship. Two (2) thumbs up, Bravo Zulu!

The live answering service and prompt email responses were the two main reasons I went with Morris. I had another company demo an old chimney and had Morris Renovations plywood and shingle the hole. We honestly thought that replacing and fixing our basement windows was going to be difficult, if not impossible . But Morris Renovations has far exceeded our expectations. Morris Renovations did our window capping. The initial inspection and estimate by Joe was great, he was incredibly helpful. The final result of the work is excellent, but I had to dock a star because of timing issues. Our scheduled day for the work got rained out--not their fault--and fortunately they were able to come the next day. However, only 3/4 of the job got done, I was literally told "see you tomorrow," but then no one showed up and no one called me about it. I had to call them to try and get the rest of the job scheduled. Again, everything turned out great in the end, but you may need to be persistent about calling to schedule or it may take longer than you expect. I would definitely use them again, the work was excellent.Service: Window repair
