This is by far one of the worst construction service providers we have dealt with. After using Mazmet material for our rough, I ordered the finish roofing and pay my deposit with an agreed turnaround time. Two weeks later they cancel and refund my order because "they are very busy and I call too much." Now I am stuck with Mazmet roughing and am weeks behind schedule.Happened to many other contractors in my area. Do NOT order with Mazmet.

The guy who works in the office is one hundred percent rude. I had some questions about the drains I had bought, when he came out of the office he started to curse at me and telling me that I was so dumb that I couldn't fine the place with GPS. Which yes I was having trouble finding the warehouse. He then took the items I paid for and put them back on the shell and he said he would return the money to my card, because I didn't not know what I needed to make the drain work. I feel like he acted that way too me because I look black. I would never buy from them and I would not recommend anyone else buy from them.

This company took our order knowing we had a tight timeline. They never called me to discuss details then e mailed me 10 days later they could not reach me so I could come pick up my metal. Then the owner Dennis told me he would write a bad review about my company if I wrote a bad review about Mazmet! Terrible attitude terrible service!
