When our old roof began to leak, Michael came out quickly to assess our needs. He promptly sent a quote over via email with transparent and reasonable pricing. He booked us, we chose our color, and we had a new roof installed in 1 day. The team was diligent in cleaning up the property so no remnants were left. He offered a significant warranty on his work in addition to that on the products themselves so we have peace of mind for many years to come. I am not surprised this family owned business has been around for so long. They are true professionals and the process was so smooth for me as a homeowner. My new roof is beautiful and functional. I've never had a project done on my house that went as smoothly as this one. It cost less than the other two estimates I received from different companies & they did a lot more than removing my solar panels, replacing my roof & replacing the solar panels. They also installed an attic fan I already purchased, replaced my gable vents, sealed my awning & shingled both sheds! This was all completed in 3 days! 😀 The roofs are beautiful ! I highly recommend Mack Solar & Roofing.

I had 13 panels that failed and I was left high and dry by my solar installer doing out of business. Mark was really great in helping me get them back online. We had a leak in our spare bedroom. I contacted Mark Armstrong from Mack solar and roofing yesterday evening and he was at our home first thing this morning. In addition to fixing the leak, Mark also explained helpful information about our current solar electrical box. After our solar panels and electrical panel were installed in 2021, no one ever explained anything to us about the electrical box and what could happen if the power went out? Mark came in to check on my leaking roof, for the solar install done by ****** solar company. He came in very polite and just do his thing, he even fixed my rain gutter that was blown of by the gusty winds we are having recently. I highly recommend him and the company he works for. Very professional and trustworthy. Not only he does solar installs but anything related to outside issue like roofing, gutters, sidings and such. Now I know who will I call in case I have issues. Our 13 year old Sunnyboy inverter was acting up and we didn’t know what to do. We found Mack Solar and Roofing and spoke to Mike Mack. He sent his technician, Mark, to check it out. He worked on it and it was still acting up. Mike and Mark researched the problem and even contacted the inverter manufacturer. Mark came back out and found the problem. He replaced a part and now our inverter is like new. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He wasn’t going to give up until our problem was fixed. We highly recommend Mack Solar and Roofing without hesitation. We are extremely please with his service.

I had a leak on the vent pipe under the attic. Mark was quick to respond, showed up and repaired within two days. Leak is tricky and it hasn’t been raining since the repair. Will give update after the next rain. Experience has been good so far.

We ran into some small issues after the roof was completed, but Mike stood behind his work and sent out one of his guys to address the issue. I found Mack while looking for a roofing inspector who would handle an inspection on very short notice for one of my real estate clients.When I called Mack, I didn’t get a phone service or an answering machine. Mike, the owner, answered the phone himself, agreed to do the job for what I felt was a very fair price and was extremely accommodating of the short amount of lead time (this basically had to happen yesterday.) It was clearly inconvenient but he worked the job into his schedule that same day so we could be sure to have his report in time for negotiations.That right there made him my go to for roofing related issues, and when I needed someone personally he was the person I wanted for the job.Too often when dealing with businesses its all about the hard sell and not about the quality of work or commitment to doing right by the customer. That’s infuriating.So it’s a pleasure to work with a business that cares about quality, where you can get a personal response to your concerns.Thanks again, Mike, for the job you did recently and all the ones prior. I’m sure I’ll be calling you again soon.
