The cost of a new roof is a big investment for anyone. We spent two months interviewing and researching roofing contractors but not feeling great about any of them. I came to realize that the quality of the installation is arguably more important than which shingles you choose. It's just gotten so difficult finding reliable contractors that take pride in their work anymore.We ended up choosing Heritage Builders, who were actually a late candidate in the process. Heritage's had a lot of great reviews and the amount of work we saw on IG spoke volumes to our concerns. These guys were all about business and it was evident that they take pride in the work they do. Shawn and Holly were great communicators through the entire process. Which helps in being informed on where things stand every step of the way. The quote was reasonably priced and we are very happy with our new roof. The site forman, Anthony was great as well. Making sure we were well informed and satisfied with the quality of the installation. My wife and I highly recommend Heritage Builders when that dreaded day comes to replace your roof. We are extremely happy with the quality, workmanship, professionalism and dedication of the team including Shawn, Holly and Anthony from start to finish of our new roof project.The price is very competitive after we consulted with few other companies. Anthony and his team did a really GREAT JOB and they went above and beyond our expectations to compete the new roof with perfection and quality work.They were very passionate, patient and completed the work during and after with full attention to detail , and quality and did not leave any mess behind. We are very happy and satisfied besides the full warranty with top quality material.

Heritage Builders just recently finished a new roof on my house. They came recommended from two friends ( homeowners ) who also had work done. One being a roof and the other a major rehab of their entire home. They now have a third referral in my group ( me.) Very professional, extremely personable and easy to work with. Their pricing ( I thought ) was so fair, I didn't even question it. And, being a landlord for over 30 years, I know the costs of projects. I just called them back again as I now want a deck built off of my dining room.

All I can say is amazing!!! From estimate to final walk over. Shawn was on time and responded quickly. Always answering all questions and supporting the entire project. Holly quickly and easily helped with organization of job. The guys who did the work were top notch and true craftsman.Our hardy board siding is exactly what we envisioned including soffits and gutters.In this world today it was a true pleasure to work people who actually care about each job and their clients. We had our windows and some doors replaced by Heritage Builders and they did not disappoint. Shawn (the owner) was very prompt with answering our queries and went above and beyond in trying to make our budget work with the project that needed to be done. His workers were wonderful too —friendly, respectful and careful with your property. They are also accommodating.I had to ask them to come at certain days because of changes in my work schedule and they made it possible. But what’s most important is that the quality of their work was great! My windows look durable and beautiful! So if you’re looking to get your house projects done, Heritage Builders is the one! We chose Heritage Builders for our very large and involved roof replacement and reframing project at the new home we just purchased. Like I promise all my clients when they want a renovation, "Things are going to go wrong." and as expected, some things did.The way I place value on any professional is in the way they handle and correct it. It is in the quality control and service area that Shawn really shines. He was highly responsive to any calls and did regular onsite checks of progress. I went on line to find a roofer for a replacement roof and was contacted by Heritage Builders. Within a day or two after some phone calls, I receieved a detailed quote from Shawn. The price was about 15% less than others so it became very attractive. I have been a lawyer for 42 years working with contractors and I have learned that there are good ones and bad ones like any other trade. Heritage Builders is on the top of the list of good ones. Shawn stopped by our house, explained everything and we gave him a check for the deposit. The day before the job started, the dumpster was delivered, 7 AM the next day the crew showed up and by 5 PM the job was done, all cleanup completed and all I was left with was a great professionally installed roof. The job was perfect and no hidden charges or fees. I HIGHLY recommend Heritage Builders and will use them in the future when I need more work on my home.
