We were referred to Wilcox Roofing from another roofer who was too busy to do our house. Soooo glad!!! They were amazing to work with. Initial visit was the owner to look everything over. Estimate arrived by email the same day. Worked with Marianne who is their office person & finalized everything including switching from GAF to Owen Corning (my request due to the color we wanted). Pricing was extremely fair.Received call beforehand to warn us of the dumpster delivery so we can move our cars & not be blocked in.Day of install, they were here from 7am to 7:30pm. Long day for sure but they did the entire job including an insanely good cleanup including going around with a huge magnet for nails. They also removed two skylights & our attic fan & did all repair work including cleaning up inside our house.Also loved the store of how the current owner inherited the business for him & his brother.Take it from me, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. My wife and I could not be happier in our decision to go with Wilcox Roofing to take on the task of doing a full roof replacement. Wilcox Roofing came highly recommended by our neighbors and they did not disappoint.Keith came out promptly to do an assessment of our roof and to provide us with an estimate. As a new homeowner, I had lots of questions about roofs in general, and Keith made sure to address all of my many questions and concerns.After choosing to go with Wilcox, I was in contact with Maryann to nail down the particulars. She too was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Definitely made this experience smooth and pleasant.As for the job itself. Wilcox came out on a cold December morning and worked on our roof for two days, fully replacing our roof, sheathing, flashings, skylight, and attic fan. They were meticulous with their cuts and installation; there is a noticeable quality in their work. Furthermore, they were mindful of our neighbors and our belongings, taking great care to leave the work site tidy throughout.We are pleased with their work and are confident that our roof is ready for winter and all that NJ weather throws at us. Great company! I had an estimate in hand on the same day that I called. They made us a priority because of a leak and the new roof was on in two days. Not a trace of debris could be found when they were finished. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly, one of the only roofers to return a call after the storms -- came to our house, told us how horrible it was, what a crappy job the builders did, and how we were really in trouble. Then, refused to take the job -- there was no mention of cost, no mention on timetables, just a "I don't want to deal with this". I guess they have so much business, that they don't care about getting more.

Very professional, showed up on time, completed roof on time. Fixed flashing and bricks around chimney at no extra cost. Cleaned up every day, no mess. Definitely would recommend this company.
