Terrible experience with their vendor Re-bath. They did my bathroom renovation and ever since I have had issues with the plumbing and the water proofing.DO NOT USE RE-BATH…they are not a quality contractor. THEY ARE CHEAP OPTION FOR A BATHROOM THAT WILL LAST 3-4 YEARS. Spent a ton in plumbing repairs and still having new issues…Home Depot promised to get back to me since November multiple times but they never call back. I’ve tried calling them and it’s always “we’ll call you back.”My advice is go elsewhere for pro-services…they are not the only game in town. It also appears the same pro-services management covers multiple stores. So just avoid Home Depot altogether for Pro Services.Adding some photos so you can get an idea of what you’ll get from Home Depot Pro Services and Re-bath…

This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. There is ZERO customer service, everyone was super lazy. We purchased a grill and the sales guy said there were a bunch of them in boxes high up in a shelf and that it would take 20 minutes so he suggested we take the floor model. Unfortunately I did not have my tools on me and couldn’t take the grill apart to fit it in my car and NO ONE from the store was willing to help in anyway. The check out lady sassed me when I asked for a screw driver. I cannot believe how pathetic customer service at this place is. Entitled lazy little idiots with nothing to offer customers, weaseling their way out of any work. no wonder people constantly rob this store!

This is by far my favorite location in Bergen and Passaic county. The location is clean and very well organized. My recent visit I was helped by Steve who was so helpful and you can tell that he enjoyed his job a lot. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond.

It's a hardware store! They have hardware! And paint, and lumber, and, well everything you'd expect a hardware store to have, pretty much. Plus, for some reason, gourmet lollipops. And hand warmers. And cleaning products.Store is easy to get around in, staff is available, approachable, and helpful every time I've needed to ask them something. The layout seems a bit weird, but that may be because I'm used to a HD in another county entirely, so I don't put that on them, I put it on me.Plenty of parking. The setup is a little unusual, but they kindasorta share a lot with other stuff, so again, not putting that on them.Don't know what else to say. Yay, hardware! And other stuff they sell too!

Rob at TSA pre is the best! We did a walk-in, Saturday 1pm and he was extremely efficient pleasant kind and capable. The two new somewhat self-service stations were great. He multitasked well and moved the line along efficiently. What a great service at Staples. We were out in 30 minutes.

3 stars based on this (my first) experience at this location. That “Miss Rose” needs a nap….nasty attitude that she wears on her face. Not sure she should be interacting with customers at all. - Making false accusations! And then a small scene. You still owe an apology for your silliness, “Miss Rose”. Even before that, she was rude and unhelpful.**Everyone else I exchanged with during that visit was fantastic. Helpful, attentive, and friendly - even calm when “Miss Rose” acted up.***Marko, Jet, Sofia (I think is her name-cute hair barrettes/lavender hoodie) and manager Jesse (?).This location has a great selection - which some shoppers may not realize, not all HDs carry the same full inventory. I frequently shop for major home repairs and builds, as well as smaller DIYS and they cover most of it. 👍🏼

Your basic big bix Home Depot. Items sre not easy to find so use app. Smaller items including repair parts for Home Depot exclusive brands are not stocked. Yiu best bet is online orders.Route 17 does get busy so exiting the premise could become an ordeal

I needed rent box truck went to other home depot near me and was being sent store 2 store when I called Paramus home depot spoke to Wendy from pro tool rental told me she would hold vehicle for me as I was 10 mins away explain everything in detail handle everything with professionalism I was blown away .I frequent home depot alot and I have to say this store by far in customer service is 5star.Thank you

I'm in the store now . Trimmers are locked up. Ask for assistance and was told someone would be responding. No one came. Called customer service no one answered. Do they want to sell there merchandise?

You can basically get anything you want here and if you're not sure you can check ahead online. Staff are friendly and helpful especially with finding stuff as it is a huge location.

Matt at the paint section was extremely helpful and pleasant. He really went above and beyond to offer the customers his assistance and had an energetic, cheery attitude when interacting with others, customers and co-workers alike. I am very happy with the service I received today and would recommend this store to others.

Go to Paterson, 3 miles away. Better service, better stock supply, and 5% less sales tax! There are some very good, caring staff at Paramus, but the management are terrible. God help you if you need help and get the duty manager "DJ" as he has little to no interpersonal skills. Instead, he postures his inflated ego and speaks to customers disparagingly, especially when in front of staff. He gets a kick out of this. He is, without question, the sole reason why you should buy at Paterson.

This location has a lot packed into it but it’s definitely smaller than most. The selection of items is not as large. It’s close to our home so it’s convenient. If I want a larger selection of plants or other items I will go to a larger store.

This is by far the worse Home Depot to exist in my experience. We traveled from Westchester County to this location because no other location close to us had what we needed in stock. We waited a total of 50 minutes for someone to assist us in cutting the headrail for vertical blinds. The woman in the aisle initially claimed she wasn’t trained on cutting vertical blinds then referred us to someone else who would be able to help but that person was on lunch. The person, Rene, came back from lunch but paid us no mind at all when told we needed help to cut vertical blinds. We waited an additional ten minutes for the ‘supervisor’, Germain, to assist. He then needed a marker, which he walked over to get, then stopped to chat for another five minutes. Complete waste of time, so thankful this is not my home location.

Rocco and Norma in the paint section were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I found everything I needed and more. Rocco took me around and showed me the ropes. Norma cracked jokes. They were a hoot, but very professional and helpful. Can’t wait to go back and chat it up with Rocco about the old days in NYC, and tell him how the wood restoration went.

Long wait times customer service lines can be a little out of control however the staff is polite friendly and knowledgeable if management could step in and help with customer service lines maybe jump in or hire more hands that would be great, the headache of waiting is more worth it then not.

In 2023 please offer some kind of payment service where you can pay through your phone. It's a big update that you need to implement you have very high tech checkout centers but you cannot use Apple Google or Samsung pay at them. So many times of come with out my wallet looking to buy something and I cannot do that here. A majority of the places I go to have this service and I don't understand my home Depot has not updated their software system to implement this.

Workers are friendly and helpful...when you can find them. I stopped in around noon no one can be found to make keys, and not one cash checkout is open (10 of us had to line up at customer service to pay). Where is everyone?
