I made a wrong decision by hiring the company only because the owner was Mexican like myself. I assumed this was a safe choice, albeit not the most affordable. My advice to anyone considering hiring this company is to ask for references and not pay a penny unless the job is done correctly. Unfortunately, I found several mistakes months after the the bill was paid. I'm still finding issues months after the job was "done" but I'd rather cut my losses and take the lessons I've learned and find another company to fix their countless mistakes. I have pictures if anyone would like to see the quality of their work, or lack therefore.The biggest issues I discovered were surface level so I can only imagine what cannot be seen. Their errors include grout, leveling in general on walls, floor, ceiling, theres noises in the bathroom that werent there before, staircase renovation, and finishing touches/accessories like towel/paper holders.The owner, Armando was the person I communicated with. He is very personable and easy to talk to but there were some red flags I ignored such as drinking on the job with his team, which may have contributed to their errors. He comes off as trustworthy and straightforward but he will lie to your face and create shortcuts to fix his mistakes instead of fixing them and doing what he's being paid for.
