ElliotMcElwee provided the best pre and install support and sent the best HVAC installers.Pre install, EMcE presented us with 4 estimates and explained one vs the others. Trish coordinated all forms and required docs and explained the process along the way.The installers, meticulously installed the heat/AC units. It took them 2 days. After each day they gave us update what was done, checked the system before leaving. Heat was installed first. They cleaned the area after each day of install. No rush in installation. Both days, they leave the work area neat.Very commendable.

I called yesterday morning my bedrooms were overheating they sent a tech out the same day his name is Rick. Can’t say enough, how courteous and professional, and what a great job he did He purged my pipes water in the radiators. Also noticed something to bring my unit up to code. This is the second time I used Elliot-McElwee. First time was to have a new gas heater installed. They did an awesome job with the installation. This time around it was to have Central Air installed. This time they did an awesome job with that too. Had everything done in one day for the Central Air and I was impressed!! Thought it might take longer but it did not. I was able to sleep good that night. I recommend you check them out if you need and HVAC work done in your home!!

My heating unit had been giving me problems. I thought for sure it was on the brink, and was expecting to shell-out $$$$ for a a new one. I had dealt with Hutchinson, and One Hour Heating/AC, for my tune-ups, and other diagnostic issues. I did NOT like either of those outfits. Both poor service vs. the $$$ you spend ratio. So, when the unit(imo) had finally met its demise, I knew I needed to call a reputable HVAC company. I remembered Elliott-Mcilwee from my years working for UPS. always heard great things about this company. So, I called them up, and? From the moment the customer service lady took my call - to - Charles(technician) doing an absolutely PROFESSIONAL job, start to FINISH. There aren't many times in my life, that I can say I've dealt with flawless companies, as far as peace of mind, value, honesty, integrity, etc. this was one of those times. A+++++ -- don't hesitate to call this company. You'll remember my words, when you're smiling - instead of hating life. Top Notch. More companies should follow their business model.

This company is very professional and knowledgeable. Charles and Brandon were awesome, they took the time to speak with us about what was done, how to operate and change things. Shannon worked outside on the unit in the middle of 104 degree day. She was nice too. Brandon took the time to explain to us how to use our new touch thermostat system and gave us key pointers for the filter and how to keep our system efficient for years to come. I engaged this company to replace my heating and air conditioning system as my old one failed. The technicians arrived at 9:30AM and began work promptly. The techs worked diligently all day. Upon completion the advised me that they were going to start cleaning up and did I have any questions. I inspected the new equipment and they showed me how to operate it. They left my home clean and removed all trash. I am very happy with the work they did and would hire the company again. I had used this company years ago to install a new hot water heater at a different home and was happy with their work at that time. I would recommend them to anyone. I had them check out my unit I had them check out my unit June of 2021 and they told me it wasn't worth fixing. Great experience all together. Rey came out and made a great assessment of our property and came up with a game plan to fix our A/C and heating needs. Alvin and his crew were extremely professional, left drop cloths, respected our house and worked into the early evening to get the job done. They expanded the vents in three rooms in our house, added a mini-split ductless system in our upstairs and moved the thermostat.The result was great, our family can sleep quite comfortably and actually enjoy the upstairs of our house.Highly recommend their services!

Our air conditioning and heating system that was originally purchased from Elliot- McElwee broke down in the middle of the recent heatwave. The temperature became unbearable. I placed a call to the company and they showed us 3 options within our preferences. Upon choosing the system Joe and his crew came and expedited replacing the system. Joe and his crew were very professional and polite. The system was up and running in a very short time. In addition the guys were very cognoscente of our needs including cleaning up and waiting till the system was comfortable to us. Great shout out to Joe and the guys.
