The estimator guy located at 1001 Doughty Rd. created very bad example. I told the incident to Chris in Pleasantville office. Chris has excellent customer service. He noted the name of the guy. Hopefully the corrupted and rude guy will be fired soon. I know that Universal Supply is a great company.

Where do I start… called to check product availability and was immediately told “we don’t have it and don’t know when we will”. I asked to look up surrounding locations for availability and was told unless I have specifics on exact color I had to come into store otherwise they couldn’t help. Person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and short, as if I was bothering by calling. Was eventually told I couldn’t be helped and hung up on. Disgraceful customer service.

Always willing to help. The best selection around. I love universal. I get turned on to alot of new and cutting edge products there. I wish I could give it one more start.for Norm and Schroeder(?)

I go there today as the web site and front door said open at 7am. Get there and they are closed. Waited until 8:40 and still closed. Very mad at this. Messed up wotk day. GET WITH IT, UPDATE YOUR TIMES

wait time shuffled from.salesman to salesman to find out they didnt have in stock what i wanted only to tell me they could get from another store in a few days went to next supply house fast service and plenty of stock.
