I contacted A1 about electrical work. They said someone would follow up to schedule an appointment and no one called me. I called A1 back and a man apologized and scheduled a time window for an electrician to come. Unfortunately A1 never showed up. I finally connected with A1 via phone and they explained the electrician was stuck on a job and missed the time window. They offered to come later the same day, but I declined. I wish they let me know they were running late and I would have rescheduled.

The service was great. I called a few places and A1 was the only place that called back set up an appointment and came as they promised. The very next day they were able to switch out the hot water heater and hauled the old tank away as well. Anytime I had a question I was able to call Louis. I am revising my original review of Louis and this business. My initial experience was not good, but then Louis called me this morning to make things right, and apologized for his initial poor response. He and his apprentice came out this Sunday morning to install the two ceiling light fans that were supposed to have been installed as per our appointment of last Thursday. He and his assistant were professional, and nice. I am glad that Louis took the time to rectify the error, and now we have two beautiful ceiling light fans in our home. I waited all morning just for the tech to text me at 10:50 saying they would be coming at 3pm because noone picked up the phone.
