We found Jam Maintenance via google search for best roofers in Rahway. We struggled with leaks and had repairs done 2-3 times, John gave a quote for replacing full roof at the time of repair. 7 months later, we decided to move forward with replacing roof the original quote was honored. 1 day and we had a new roof!!! They cleaned up after finishing the job, the lawn around the house, sidewalk, and the debris that landed in the neighbors yard. If you’re looking for a company that is quick to respond to calls with professional quality work, I highly recommend Jam Maintenance.

John scheduled my roof to be done 3 days after I called him, and they were here very early that day. His crew worked about 12 hrs a day for 3 days without stopping, since they had to remove 3 layers of shingles including the bottom layer of cedar shakes. They did a phenomenal job! My wife and I love the color, and the cleanup was better than I could imagine. John is a super nice guy and I recommend him and his crew to everyone. Thanks so much!

Needed to get the garage roof looked at and see what needed to be done with leaks. Saw the truck at the top of my street at one of my neighbors, and obviously have known the company doing work in the Township. Asked them if they could take a look. Only needed some repairs, didn't need to try and push a new roof on me. They came right over and made the repairs. The guys were very nice and professional. Definitely will be using them in the future and recommending Outstanding Service!

I went through insurance to replace my roof due to leaks and the process on the insurance end took a while but JAM was quick to get everything done as soon as we were ready. John understood the urgency, and had a crew out to our house immediately. Our chimney flashing had some damage from the recent Hurricane winds. Do not call anyone but JAM MAINTENANCE for your roof. Arrived at 7:30 n it is 6pm still working. Very good crew!! Any questions I had during their work was answered immediately and honestly. Jam Maintenance installed a new roof for my mom The owner John explained everything that was going to be done in detail. He also responded right away with any questions and concerns. His crew went beyond expectation. They worked from early morning until the night making sure the job was done in a timely manner . They left the front and back of the house very clean. JAM installed pest netting around our solar panels and did a great job! Even coming out two additional times when those persistent pigeons wouldn't give up and reinforce the netting. No more pigeon problems!

Horrible they did my roofing witch was fine but don't ever have them do Home Improvement I had to call them back for constantly for repairs and I still have problems. They were supposed to help me with problems never did. Like I said not professional at all. I still after 2 years keep finding problems .
