Carmelo (the owner) was very responsive to my call to come out to give an estimate. Returned my call within a day, if not later on that same day. Showed up when he said he would and on time if not a couple minutes early. Reviewed his product with us and made some suggestions on the install. Gave us an estimate on the spot, which was very reasonable, and a very accurate timeline for delivery. Actually was a few days early to that date. As you can see the railings are very nice, beautiful in our eyes. L&C Railings are true professionals in every aspect and we would definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends. Our only regret is that we don't have any other railings that need to be replaced.

Hired them to make and install 2 railings for front steps and 1 railing for side steps. Railings in front are fine. Side steps are narrow and there is not much room for the door to open. They placed the railing 1 1/2 inches closer to the house than the old one, making the door opening even smaller. Even though my contractor said railing could be installed 2” from the edge of the steps, Carmelo said it had to be 3” minimum. Ok, we went with what he said and were willing to live with that, but the railing was also installed at an angle. This can be seen visually and was confirmed by measuring. He refuses to respond to any of my calls and this comes after he laughed at the previous installer of my front railings who did the same thing 10 years ago. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. They won’t stand by their work and won’t even speak to you after they have been paid. If they do something wrong forget about them correcting it. Avoidance is their go to move.

Excellent and no-nonsense experience coordinating with L&C's Joanne. On time appointments with Carmelo with many constructive suggestions from him. I haven't seen another project proceed as flawlessly as this one. Estimates were very competitive and great value. The railings and columns look great, though it's too early to review for longevity of the installation, but nothing looks amiss.

Front entryway dominance now complete! Found this company on a whim, did the majority of transactions by text (going back and forth with options and pricing), Carmelo came out to measure and pick up deposit and then they came back a few weeks later to do the job. Took a little less than 2 hours. And, now I must say, we have the nicest front stairway on our block. Shame is now we have to upgrade the rest of our front to be just as nice as the stairway. Very happy to do so, though. Call them!

He came out to look at my balcony on 12/9/19. He was nice at first. Very easy to talk to. He gave me an estimate that we agreed on. He said it would be 4 week (so around January 9th). I texted him on 12/27/19 asking him if he had a date set for me...No response. I texted him on 12/30/19 asking him the same thing...No response. I called and left a message. No response. I texted him on 12/31/19...He responded "Please find someone else". I then asked why...No response. I called...No answer. THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.....???
