First, I must say I was very impressed by his prompt response and flexibility with scheduling an estimate. There was no question left unanswered and trust me I had plenty. Day one, he arrived on time as scheduled. Throughout the process, he remained professional. Golden was great with communication even after business hours when I had a random thought or question. The completion of the project was as expected. I’m hard to please but Golden left me speechless when I walked into my new bathroom. The finished product was breathtaking. I would absolutely hire him to do more projects. Next project is the kitchen… stay tuned!!

I needed new windows and front door replaced. I recently purchased a mobile home and the sunroom had the worst windows and door.I love how I was always kept in touch with what was going on. When I was told when the installation was going to be, they came on time. The workers are all experienced, and the finished product was impeccable. I am very pleased with the work done by this company. I had several repairs needed and was having difficulty finding someone to do the work let alone answer me back. I saw A Golden Touch Handyman was well rated and called. His secretary is wonderful. She explained the process and made my appt. The owner came out within a few days to give me an estimate. He’s very honest telling me our options and explaining what needed to be corrected, no price gouging. He’s a busy man and put us on the schedule for 4 weeks, but he also does emergency calls. 4 weeks he called and was there. I had our tile shower redone, repairs to multiple holes and other sheetrock damage, painting my utility room and putting new flooring down as well as other small repairs. He does the work himself or monitors his crew. He kept very good communication with me making sure I was pleased with the work. No surprises.His crew were also polite and professional, no problems. Golden came along directly after a catastrophic home remodel by another company. If you don't know, many companies would not step in like this because it's a case where owners are very difficult to please because of the damage done plus the expenses incurred by the "bad" contractor.That being said, they did come in and WOW! They changed a disaster into an oasis!Our home is BEAUTIFUL!Golden was kind and patient even when dealing with some very frazzled clients. He was creative when dealing with some really confusing and horrific situations, ultimately helping us not only repair the damages to our house but we even found a couple ways to do even MORE with a very tight budget.The prices are VERY fair. The crew was respectful and talented and our home is even better than what we could've hoped.Golden took our poor house that had been nearly destroyed and been made dangerous to live in, the safe dream home anyone could be proud of!Rooms: master bedroom with bath, shower surround and doors, flooring. I am extremely impressed with the work that was done in my house! My shower lining was replaced, a mold issue was cleaned up, an exhaust fan was installed, damage from a water leak was repaired, a new water heater was installed, and my bathroom was painted. They even went out of their way to install my new washing machine since the company who delivered was too lazy to connect it. They cleaned up after themselves and finished the work way earlier than expected. I’m blown away by the professionalism, the quality of work, and the pricing. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I first seen A Golden Touch under Facebook handyman. Impressed with the pictures, I gave them a call. The gentleman called me back: he was polite and courteous. He ran a little late ( but I didn't mind, because I called him that day and he agreed to come out.) The young man did come out and I showed him what I would like to be done. He taken pictures and said he would contact me by Wednesday with an estimate.I never heard from them again. I didn't call back figuring the job was too small and if they wanted the business they would call back.
