Erickson was amazing from the first time we met him to the end. His knowledge of roofing was enlightening. I never knew when you see a water spot on the ceiling most likely isn't exacly where the actual problem started from. Usally it runs a path down the roof and comes through the ceiling where the spot is seen! We had numerious areas in our house with water spots. He came in inspected all the rooms, went on the roof and he advised we had good amount of damage we should consider getting our insurance involved. Due to increased storms and wind were most likely why we had these roof damanges. They took care of completing the estimate, brought in their own adjuster who also did a complete inspection and also submitted his report to our insurenace. Insurance sent in their own inspector as well! Of course insurance would rather do spot fixes, but Erickson was adiment due to the extent of our damages he continued to work with our insurance and they covered the entire roof replacement. Day of install began early 6:30 am, their team didn't stop working until 8:30.pm and back the next morning until middle of the afternoon. They were amazing with their work method, kindness and cleanliness! They cleaned up our entire outside area. They also replaced our old shutters with new ones and the three small sky lights! We are so happy with our beautiful roof, yes some will say its just a roof, but it truly makes such a great improvement! Thank you to Erickson, his dedication, support and his great team we appreciate you all so much! Recommend 💯 % plus!! Before, during and after pictures says it All!

The guys over at M&R Roofing exceeded all of my expectations, in terms of quality and professionalism, They were honest and did everything that they said they would and more. I was very happy with the sales rep Erick he was very polite, professional and charismatic and made sure everything that was expected to be done for my roof was taken care of and helped answer all my questions throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the workers they were very careful and mindful not to damage anything around the perimeter of the house and took special care to make sure the roof and Siding came out perfect. I had some wind damage to my trees in August. When the insurance man came he told me that the trees were not covered and that my 22 year old roof was fine.When Camilo and Saul from M&R Roofing knocked on my door about three months later, I told them that I had been assured that I did not have any roof damage. They asked if they could look at it. I said yes and upon inspection they told me that they did see damage and they urged me to re-submit a claim on the roof (the previous claim was just for the trees). They also asked me to let them know once my insurance company sent an inspector so that they could be at my home at the same time, which I did.As a direct result of their efforts, my insurance company agreed to pay for a new roof minus my deductible. M&R just completed the job and it looks fantastic. Thank you M&R Roofing and thank you Camilo and Saul!!

M&R roofing exceeded my high expectations. Orlin helped with many questions before the project began, and followed up after to assure i was satisfied. His crew showed up at 7:00am the day of instalation and worked quickly to complete the 40 square yard roof by 3:00 that day. They left the yard immaculate. My husband has experience in the business and was very impressed with straight lines of all rakes, runs, and valleys. All shingles are completely flat. A professional job in every aspect. Ask for ERICK He is always available on the phone or text.We suffered hail damage in the storm in May 22. ERICK and the team visited the neighborhood and offered free inspection and estimates. ERICK worked with our insurance (Nationwide) and ensured all damage was accounted for and covered in the insurance estimate.ERICK and the team turned up on time every day for 2 weeks to complete the work. They were polite, professional, attentive and cleaned up after themselves daily. The only way you knew they were there was the skip outside for the waste.They replaced all the sidings on the house, they replaced the roof and gutters. They even installed new Light fittings, dryer vents and attic vents to match the style of the new vinyl siding. Not to mention the code upgrades that needed doing also. Finally Erick even refunded a overpayment! In all my years living in the USA I have never experienced a contractor doing that!I have no issues in recommending M&R Roofing Roofing to any of my neighbors or you reading this review. If you like the sound all that, call and ask for Erick!

We received wind damage from one of the many storms. M&R Roofing helped us through the whole process from filing a claim to the day the roof was installed. He is incredible to work with. We never felt pushed into spending money we did not have. He educated us on the different types of materials and answered my many questions. Erick took over when the roof was installed. He was just as easy and great to work with. He made sure nothing was damaged and everything is perfect. I could not have been more impressed with everyone. The guys who actually installed the roof were very nice and left my yard cleaner than it started. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
