I just had two OKNA 600 series double hung replacement windows installed by MAK. These are great affordable windows. They are well made and the windows slide open and close perfectly. The installer was was very professional, hardworking and most importantly clean and neat. They cleaned up everything. After the install, the siding was replaced on the exterior and the interior wall was neatly caulked with new trim.... I may need to put a light coat of paint but thats just me. Highly recommend these guys. Dziekuje!

We just had a bathroom remodel , interior door replacements and an exterior door replacement. The job was done professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. MAK has done several other projects for us in the past and all were done satisfactorily. We have no need to get any other contractor for any future projects!

Our roof was damaged from high winds during a storm. Initially we were only going to repair the damaged section, but due to the age and condition of our roof we decided it would be better to do a full replacement. MAK gave us a very reasonable quote, and we had a brand new roof within a few days of signing the contract. They were fast, professional, and great to work with!

Bought an old house, needed a fair amount of renovation. First job, porch roof sagging. Second, leaking roof. This was my approach to selecting a contractor. Online reviews, asking friends, driving around and counting contractor lawn signs; you would be surprised how many there are when you start looking for them!! MAK was the clear winner!I called MAK, and had an immediate response from Marcin. Quoted the jobs right away and the price was really good. Once I said OK, it was game on! I came home from work and the porch was half done!! Then it was all done! The roof obviously needed some good weather to replace. Marcin always communicated on status and schedule. If I had a question, always a fast response!! He even had a few suggestions that I immediately agreed to, because once the problem was pointed out it was obvious it needed to be addressed.I am considering removing a load bearing wall to open the kitchen to the dining room. Guess who will get the job if I go through with it?? MAK!

My porch was deteriorating needed replaced and I hired MAK. From start to finish my experience with Marcin and his crew was fantastic. I requested an estimate and Marcin came right out and measured and emailed me the estimate the next day. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. Marcin said 5 days of work and they started as soon as weather permitted . Weather delayed during work but five days of work and my porch was done and better than I had ever imagined. Quality work! Professional, courteous and the crew cleaned up everything completely each day.I already have another project in mind and will continue to use Marcin and MAK!

There was a delay in getting the windows from the manufacturer but Marcin communicated with me throughout until the windows were delivered from the manufacturer.Víctor did a great job with the installation and was very professional. There's a reason you see MAK signs all over, they're the best!Had our roof replaced on the hottest day of the summer. Would not use- MAK fixed a portion of our roof. I had to call multiple times after they cashed my initial check to get a date that the work would be done and was given a week timeframe. They didn’t come that week and when I called, I was told they would come out the following week. They provided a quote with certain materials but when the roof was completed, it appeared dirty and unfinished. After talking with my contact, Marcin, multiple times he said he would send his guys over. They told me the roof looked fine even though there was a yellow coating all over it. He then told me he would send out his supplier who I had to be home to talk to and who never showed up… Marcin then texted me to tell me “don’t try to outsmart me your bill is past due.” All while I was waiting for this issue to be resolved (which took weeks). He also threatened to charge me a past due fee. Meanwhile I had been waiting for a month for him to reply or send his supplier out to take a look at it. Turns out the product they used is cheap and should be used on roofs that aren’t visible because it looks unfinished. There should be a layer on top of what was used to make the roof look complete but I was not quoted for this (and didn’t know what I was quoted for would look so unfinished). I was given the phone number of his supplier who told me there should be an additional layer on top of what was put down to guarantee the roof will not leak. I finally just sent in the last check to the company so I could stop dealing with them. Overall, communication was extremely poor, I had to hound them to have the work done after they cashed my initial check, and the product they chose to use was not the right product and the roof looks unfinished. I would go with someone else if you’re looking to have work done.

Had a positive experience . They were very honest and straightforward. I checked a couple of quotes and theirs seemed reasonable. There was no pressure involved. The size of homes differ but they sent a very large crew and was able to replace my roof in one day. I know this may not be possible for all homes but I was impressed that the roof replacement was completed in one day. The staff who worked on the roof all seemed professional and on point. They replaced all the windows in my home (nearly 40) and they did a great job! Not only did they do a very nice job installing the windows quickly and at a good price, they cleaned up after themselves too! It's so nice when you don't have to ask a contractor to do the job correctly. MAK does the job correctly so you don't have to ask or nag them to fix a mistake as is the case with so many other contractors. reasonably priced, and great job on my roof installation last year. They finished in one day, cleaned up well. the following year I ordered a siding installation Nicely done however I did not realize the upper gabel trim was not included on the contract, just the lower. When the work was completed I questioned that because at the time of signing the contract I had no idea what a gable was so i had not noticed, i just thought everything was included. The old gable trim had some visible blue paint on it from the previous owner so i was somewhat stumped as to why that was not added into the contract as i would have gladly paid extra for it. Also an odd shabbly looking wood white trim piece in the front of the house from the builder or the previous owner would have looked far better astetically if it had been removed altogether and sided instead but it was not. By the time i noticed it the job was finished, but i will match paint to the siding in the spring and paint it that color which should improve the look. Other than those two disappointing issues the work was nicely done and the price was considerably lower than another quote although i would have gladly paid extra to have the old visibly dirty gable trim and the shabby trim out front replaced.

Had a very good experience with this firm. They were hired to replace the soffit and fascia. It was done in 2 days and they cleaned up very nicely. A no-nonsense professional organization starting with the office staff, project estimates and crew sent out to do the work. The pricing was reasonable compared to others. I will likely have them back to do other work.

Roofing: MAK provided me a written estimate, explanation, and scheduling information when I needed it. There was a delay in the job getting done, due to needing to have solar panels removed first. Tesla made a sudden date change, and MAK was able to to the reroof the next day. The job came out beautifully. I totally trusted the work they did. The men were professional, and cleaned up everything. They worked from 7 am-9 pm and then came back the next morning to make sure they had not missed anything. My neighbor had his reroof done in less than 6 hours, something that makes me wonder how many nails were used, or was any plywood replaced.....I would absolutely reccommend MAK.Service: Roof installation
