My husband and I had hail damage to our roof and siding. We went with Shalom Roofing and they did not disappoint! Edwin and his team were truly amazing and timely efficient. They came out and moved everything for demo so that nothing of ours was damaged. They did an excellent job cleaning up and placing everything back in the places they once were and making sure there were no nails in sight. As we have two little ones this was a worry of ours. We had a really positive experience with Shalom from start to finish. The whole process took about 4 months because we had to wait on our insurance company to approve the repairs but once that was done, they were here within the week and the roof was completed in one day. My experience with Shalom was great and will contact them again for future needs. Due to high winds, I had portions of flashing blow off and wanted to address the issue quickly. I reached out to them, within minutes I received a response. I sent them a picture of the work, within an hour I received a quote and they came the next day. They contacted me when they arrived, they installed new flashing within an hour, the work is perfect, their pricing was very fair for the work needed. I would definitely recommend them and again, will be a future customer.

On Thursday, we had our roof replaced by Shalom Roofing. They arrived at 7 a.m. with a large work crew and did tear off, completed new roof, and cleanup as if they were never there, by the evening. My husband has been in construction for 30 years, having done many roofs, and he was really impressed by the efficiency and quality. Importantly, the roofing company had much drone footage to show the process, so he was able to see everything they did. He was so happy with the materials they used and how neatly they did the underlayment and the shingles.The best part is that it cost us a negligible amount out of pocket. They had a public adjuster assess the roof as damaged by storms (this is fact) and handled the entire insurance claim, which was approved (obviously). No inconvenience to us, no dealing with insurance company, directly.We did not seek them. They found us because they were in the area for a different job and started knocking on doors where they saw a need. My point, here, is this: if they come knocking on your door, it's because they think they can make a mutually beneficial claim (money for them, roof for you). Talk to them. They are extremely nice and professional. They answer every question. They handled everything. We picked the roof color last Thursday, shingles delivered on Wednesday, roof done (beautifully) the next day.In truth, I expected this to be a complete hassle and annoyance, fraught with aggravation. I was so wrong. It was absolutely pleasant the entire time, from first introductions to the very end. The owner and the salesman were on the job at the start and the finish. After the crew had left, the salesmen went around the house inspecting the grounds for anything missed. They all really worked for their money and the pride in their work (owner, salesmen, crew) was evident in every single task--- big amd small.If you are seeking the same experience, reach out to them. If you're not sure if you have a claim, reach out to them. They will come assess. They will work with you, honestly and with integrity. They will deliver on their promises and timelines. Great company. Professional in every way, amazing work crew, top of the line materials, and they have a strong desire to do the best job possible to spread the word. The best construction people are those intrinsically motivated to feel pride in jobs well done. Shalom Roofing are those kind of people, running that kind of company.
