We recently purchased a home that had a woefully neglected roof and an attic full of mold. We called several roofers, but no one was willing to come and give us an estimate prior to taking ownership despite the sellers and realtors giving them permission. Jim Rhubart came out, gave us a full run down of what was at issue, and an estimate.Jim Rhubart have several people working the phones so communication was seamless, plus the salesperson, and project manager were available directly throughout the project.Since the home had both a peaked and flat roof they utilized two separate teams that specialized in each. The teams were amazing. They worked quickly, but efficiently. Due to good weather and no hidden issues they completed both roofs in two long sessions. Plus the helped identify an issue with our chimney because as they said, "Since we are here we just feel it is the right thing to do."We highly recommend their services.

Fred and his roofing team arrived before dawn, got to work and 11 1/2 hours later I had a new 25-year roof. Installation, cleanup, etc. all done correctly and professionally. All questions answered by on-site foreman Fred. No complaints - everything done right and fast. Highly recommend their services. The crew for our project arrived early and too every precaution to protect our property during their work. Our project manager, Emily, was sure to answer any and all questions that we might have. The crew worked diligently to finish the project in one day. They then were very careful to clean up any and all debri and returned our property to its original condition. Jim and his team worked with us to replace our roof from storm damage. He walked us through the steps with insurance, explained how the system works and provided several options for us. At the end of the day we decided a full replacement was the way to go. The team was communicative, efficient and were done with everything in less than 2 days. It would have taken 1 day if not for bad luck with material shipment which was out of their control. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof patch or replacement.

I have been in search for a roofing company for a long time! Being out is state and trying to handle my dad’s affairs is sometimes difficult. After looking up cape May county and see Jim Rhubard Roofing, I figured I’d give it a try, after dealing with another company in Jersey that proved to be a gigantic headache and waste of time, even today, they continue to call asking the same questions after saying that I had to be there to even be able to get an estimate. I had family representation. Anyway, Jim Rhubart started off with the best customer service ever! Not only was their company in the county but was close enough to add us to the schedule post haste! The severity of my dad’s roof cause it to start leaking in two bedrooms and downstairs as well. Well a consult was scheduled when I tell you Jeff was phenomenal, he was beyond that! Explained everything from how long the company was in business to comparisons and what they company can do. He was able to witness the severity of the home, and contacted his manager and they were able to put my dad’s home at the top of the list and made it priority. Excellent customer service again. Then a few days later get a call from Buddy! This guy was outstanding! Represented Jim Rhubard very well. His communication was excellent ensuring the every aspect of the project was understood. Because I was out of state, he was oversaw that entire project and let me know each state. Even my dad was well pleased as well as my family! Overall, I gave them 5 stars, however if there were ever a possibility to give more, this would have been a great time. Thanks for a job well done! A very satisfied customer!

Jim Rhubart Roofing is the real deal. We had the entire roof replaced due to improper roof install from the builder and have been dealing with leaks for years.The Rhubart team from start to finish was impeccable. During the roof inspection Jim knew right away certain section of the roof could be rotten from the way the roof was constructed with the low grade sloop. After tearing off the old roof Jim was right about the sections with rot.The rot was removed, corrected, and new roof installed while updates were timely communicated with pictures via text messages.Shout out to Buddy the project supervisor for making everything run like clockwork and updates. Also shout out to Wailyn at the office for handling the contracts, permits and answering any questions.A screen was damage during the roof install but Buddy repaired it plus had another screen repaired that was not damaged from the roof install what a stand up company.Thank you to the Jim Rhubart company and crew for a excellent roofing experience I highly recommend..Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

I was in search of a new roof and called Jim Rhubart Roofing and so glad I did. From start to finish, I was impressed. It started with their fantastic reviews online and an unexpected great experience on a small project from my brother Andy. After a quick phone call, the project estimator, Jason, came out days later. Hewas very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He even went up into my attic to see if there was any damage. After a few weeks, the team led by Freddy from Munz came bright and early to complete the job. They were extremely professional, hard-working, and efficient. Not only did they finish this large roofing job in one day, but they cleaned up the yard afterwards perfectly. I am so happy with the results and can’t thank Jim Rhubart Roofing enough. I am not sure where to start. From the initial phone call to the finished project. My roof was done by this wonderful company, Jim Rhubart Roofing. On time, superior materials, an office staff that was beyond helpful and nice, the job supervisor was one of the greatest humans i ever met, the owner, once again, one of the greatest humans i ever met, the workers, knew what they were doing and worked beyond my expectations. The clean up, the care taken around my yard... I could write for hours. I have never seen such a more professional company and such great people all on the same page. I feel like I got more then a roof! I now feel like it was more a family who showed up to do a job for me and from step one made me feel like part of their family. As for the finished project. PERFECTION!!! Did I mention Perfection! Highly recommend! So Blessed to have made this decision. UPDATE- as promised, I got the warranty papers in the mail, which shows the coverage I was promised by Jim Rhubart Roofing!!! How rare it is to have a company follow through right down to the paperwork being submitted and returned. SIMPLY AMAZING. Bless this company and all their employees!

100% Recommend! Although I live outside of their service area, Jim came out yesterday to inspect and repair our home's roof.We have had a leak for about 6 months, which we weren't able to identify. We had 2 other roofing companies come out, and they weren't very thorough at all. Thus, they were unable to identify the source of the leak.From the moment Jim stepped foot on our property, I had complete confidence in him. He did a thorough inspection, including going up into the attic, and was able to pinpoint the source of the leak.He made some repairs relatively quickly, and took the time to explain the issue to me.When it comes to roof leaks and repairs, I think it's important to find a roofing contractor that has the experience to know what to look for and then to find it and repair it.Jim was awesome, and I highly recommend him and his company to anyone!!!Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

I received quotes for a new roof from three quality companies when a close friend suggested I call Jim Rhubart Roofing. As my friend is a building inspector whose opinion I value, I did just that and solicited a quote that was several thousand dollars less and for better shingles.I was comforted by Jim’s professionalism, knowledge and expertise. He even fixed a leak by my chimney prior to being awarded the bid.On job day, the crew arrived promptly at 7 AM and first covered all our landscaping with giant tarps. They completed the entire job in one day. I met the supervisor, Buddy Slimmer and his dog, Chalky. Buddy was friendly and even took time to acquaint my dog, Scupper, with Chalky. The crew left my property spotless.
