Great company, a wind storm blew some of our vents off and it looked like rain was coming. They were over in about an hour and fixed it. Also gave us a free roof inspections and offered recommendations with no pressure. We will definitely use them for future repairs.

Amazing is all I can say. Communication is key and he understood the assignment. This guy knows his skill and doesn't just recommend replacing stuff when a repair will be just fine. Padilla roofing installed a new roof on my house in about 2 1/2 days. His crew was professional and they cleaned up every day before they left my house. They removed the old shingles and installed new ones. He stayed on track with his estimate and actually did a couple of small additional things at no charge. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. I hired him 3 months ago and still not even an estimated date when my roof will be replaced. Karina keeps telling me that she will get a status update and I don't hear back. I think he's trying to dodge me because he gave me a great price and then materials went up. Do we still have a contract or not Mr. Padilla? Edit : I never heard back and ended up having to hire another contractor. I DO NOT recommend this service!Service: Roof installation

On February 26th, 2023 Alamogordo experienced an awful wind storm. I had a few shingles on my roof come off. I wasn't looking to replace my entire roof. Padilla came out, gave me an estimate, discussed multiple options, not pushing anyone of the options. Padilla Roofing replaced the missing shingles. After replacing the shingles we had probably 10 more windy days. The shingles held up perfectly throughout those days. Thank you Padilla Roofing. Had a wonderful experience with Padilla Roofing. Had a new roof within 2 weeks of giving them the down payment. Only took them 2 days of work to get it torn off and replaced, painted all the flashing and vents to match. Has been rain tested since install and no leaks. Replaced water damaged sheathing as well. Not a nail to be found after clean up. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We could not be more pleased with our beautiful new roofs. Fabian Padilla and his wife are not only efficient but very nice to do business with here in Alamogordo. They were able to completely remove and replace our old damaged roofs on the house and garage in two and a half days. They also replaced and painted the facia board. They scheduled with our company to do a large building roof inspection and never showed. They never called to cancel or reschedule. I had to call them and make them aware they never showed and the receptionist said that she would have to call me back and check on it because she didn't know anything about it. "I only take the calls." she stated. She didn't verify my name or number. Very unprofessional!
