I've called this company 8 times. The first time I got an answer and they said they would send someone out. Nobody came and I never got a call from them again. Four weeks and numerous calls later, I was able to get a hold of them. Same thing as before. They said they'd send someone out and never did. I left messages and was more than patient.Service: Roof repair

Poor customer service! I called almost a month ago to have someone come take a look at my roof and they have yet to even return my call. The receptionist said they would be out that Friday. I called back the next week to check on the quote and was told they hadn't gone and maybe i should check elsewhere. She even gave me the # to call Sun City Roofing. I asked for the manager to call me and to no surprise, that didn't even happen.

Called two days in a row; first day they said they would come take a look & they didn’t...2nd day they said they would come take a look and they didn’t by 5pm so we called and the office person was not sympathetic or apologetic- just plain rude when she said that they were busy. Guess 5 stars is getting to their heads

If I could proved less than one star I would. Not dependable, it took me theee weeks to have him return my calls about a poor job. I finally threatened him with a law suit. Poor workmanship and not dependable.
