Had a floor installation in February that was not satisfactory. Have yet to have someone reach out for correction of job. Have called numerous times and no call back. Will NEVER have a Home Depot install again!

Have they brought back cashiers? I won't shop and haven't been that store since those self checkouts..there are places to buy what Homedepot has without the self checkout. At least Walmart listened and brought back lots of cashiers!!!!!!!!!

I mostly like this home depot. Most staff is helpful and friendly. It's a very mild issue but it really bums me out that every other home depot I've been in has Halloween decorations and ours doesn't. I look forward to the holidays and have found myself having to order online or going out of town. Otherwise mostly a good clean store.

I like how helpful everyone is and it helps to look for deals. The store is very organized and the layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The only con I have is the company that does delivery is hard to get a hold of, but the delivery people themselves were very polite and confidently knowledgeable about what they were doing to install our new stove.

DO NOT BUY WINDOW BLINDS HERE ! I bought window blinds from HD there installer has been here 3 times the installer told me they sold you defective blinds. So HD decided to send me more defective blinds. Stephanie Taylor is HORRIBLE all she says is we can re order you more blinds that will never work. I gave them 1 star because you cant give them zero I told Stephanie have her manager call that never happened. I have spent about $5000 at this store & this is how I am treated they sell you a bunch a garbage when you complain they send more garbage blinds that they already know will fail. I bought these blinds in 2/23 and this is still going on 9 months later GO TO LOWES TO BUY BLINDS NOT HOME DEPOT

I like the people. One big problem. Went to get some lumber yesterday they had some big orders going out witch means no one can buy anything until they are done. They block you out. Me and 4 other vehicles went next door to lowes. If this was done from a side door or loading side of building you would not loose those customers you could have them all not just the big one. When people go to the other place a few times they tend to stay there.

We are replacing flooring. Stephanie was, and continues to be, so helpful to us. She took hours to explain and make sure we understood everything and we’re 1000% happy with our purchase and the process. When we get the rest of the floors replaced we will definitely request Stephanie help us again.

I would personally like to thank Stephanie in the flooring department for all her help and knowledge! She is so easy to talk to and understood everything I needed in order to get my floors done. She was so patient with me and I had the pleasure of working with her over a span of a couple weeks. Regardless of my busy schedule, Stephanie handled everything while I was at work and even remembered everything I had said just a few weeks before! Person at check out had stated very clearly that while I was doing my purchase I would get Twenty Five dollars off if I applied for a Home Depot credit card. My application wasn’t immediately approved and she told me that she couldn’t give me the 25 dollars off after all and she was going to only discount ten dollars BAIT AND SWITCH BONANZA GOING ON THERE! We will only shop at Lowes Samons, Harbor Freight, True Value or anywhere else in Alamogordo now! I routinely spend thousands of dollars there a month! NEVER HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!!

Fantastic assistance provided by Ronnie at the flooring department . She was asking with interest on the type of flooring and colors we had in mind to buy . Guided us to see all the options we may choose from and answer all the questions we had on flooring , transition boards , adhesive types … She made our purchasing experience easy and complete. We left with all we needed for our flooring project . Wish we find this type of associate at all departments .

Nobody came. Leaving product on counter, I left only to see 6 employees all around a female who was laughing enjoying the attention.Go to lowes

Staff are always attentive and friendly, I've never had anything less than excellent customer service at this location. They are well staffed, and it is very easy to find someone if you need help or have a questiom. The store itself is organized well. Products are usually comparable or cheaper than lowes. The garden section has minimal plant selection, but there is a good selection of indoor plants inside.

Friendly staff, more so than Lowe's in my opinion. Even the delivery guy. Their website is easy to use and find things. Lately though less of what I look for has been in stock. Used to be this place had almost anything you could need for home or garden projects. Their 2x4 and 4x4 are no good though. They warp, twist, and cup badly. I have 4x4s that are unusable because they are so curved. Never seen wood this bad. Had to start buying elsewhere.
