Since the raining started the roof on my porch is falling apart. I have tried to call Carlos the owner. But he ignores me. This is the second time I have had problems with this company. I do not recommend these people at all. They're work is very low quality and shabby. Not to mention they are very hesitant in repairing they're work.Service: Roof repair

In April of 2016, I had my roof replaced. I purposely waited to write my review to properly test the quality of the job. My roof has since gone through numerous wind, rain, and hailstorms and passed with flying colors. Carlos and his crew were easy to work with. They even returned(important) to do some "follow up" work to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend J C Roofing.

I told the neighbor behind me to hire Carlos and his crew. When they did My complete roof replacement they had a large crew and knocked it out quickly. And also their prices are very reasonable. The finished work done right. I have gone up to inspect it over the last couple of years and it's holding up great.

Best roofing company in El Paso. They replaced my roof last year at a super affordable price and kept my warranty. I'm satisfied with their interior/exterior work. Don't bother wasting your time with any other company, Jacob and JCRoofing are very professional and friendly.

We had our roof done after the hail storm here on the East-side so we looked up some good reviews for good roofers. JC's "good" reviews did not match the headache we went through with this roofing company. 1. Late 2. No word. 3. tacky sloppy work 4. messy, trash all over 5. blocking driveway with dump truck for days. Workers inexperienced and careless. We saw night from day since all of our neighbors had a selection of roofers doing their roofs. We were the laughing stock of the neighborhood with a terrible roof job we will have to now pay more just to get a decent job! Beware!

I called several companies to replace my roof. And when I spoke with Carlos on the phone the way he presented himself on the phone really impressed me. And the way he carried himself when I met him was heads above the rest. He is very easy to work with and acomodating. The job he and his team did replacing our roof was great and they really went the extra mile. They also cleaned up thoroughly. Great job!

Had JC Roofing and Remodeling do some work in my garage and fix some electrical work in my kitchen. After calling several places, their prices were definitely the best and they did a great job!They fell outside of the projected completed date, but there were unexpected challenges that they had to overcome. Some of those challenges included the very specific way that I needed them to do their work (particular speaker wiring, etc) as well as previous issues with the home.Overall, would recommend them to a friend and would call them again for any small or large task I would have.Thanks JC Roofing & Crew!_______________________________Update: we sold this house, but upon inspection found several issues with the electrical work JC riding did that could have been life threatening. The electrical work was expensive to fix. During the time we owned the home, and after the electrical work, we experienced issues with major appliances that were caused by the electrical work. The other work done seemed to be ok though.

Carlos is a really good guy to work with. He's straight with you and tells it like it is. No surprises, no hidden fees or anything like that. He lets you know what to expect from start to finish. He replaced my roof recently with all this hail damage and did a great job. I would hire him again no doubt.

First, I made an appointment for an estimate/repair on my roof. No call, no show. When I subsequently called JC roofing, I was told the contractor was busy with something else and I could reschedule for the following week. When the time came for the second scheduled appointment, again no call, no show. I called yet again to find out what was going on and was told that JC roofing doesn't do repairs, only roof replacement. In the meantime I ended up with more water damage and needlessly took time off work while these people were wasting my time.

Edited: We are planning to pursue a lawsuit for damagesWe got our roof done in Oct. 2016, on Aug. 05, 2017 we noticed water stains on our ceiling in our front room. We called on Aug. 07, 2017 and no one answered the phone, several calls were made and they didn't answer once. Drove to the business on Aug. 17, 2017 and spoke to Jennifer, she said she would send someone to our house on Aug. 19, 2017 - no one ever showed up that day. Called Jennifer on Aug. 21, 2017 and she promised to investigate why no one showed up and call when she had an answer. She never called back. Leading up to today I've gone by the business, no one answered the door, I've also left several phone messages and haven't received any response at all. Today is Aug. 28,2017 when I called the office the machine wasn't accepting anymore calls!!!!!! Will keep everyone posted - and yes, my roof is still leaking!Due to their inability to respond to my roofing problems and upholding their warranty in a timely manner, I was forced to go with another roofer to prevent further damage and fix what JC Roofing wouldn’t. This breach of our agreement has caused my family a lot of stress and monetary costs, and so I am forced to soon pursue a suit against them to recoup the full cost of my roof (as what they gave me was defective in the first place), the cost of hiring another provider to repair the damage, and the cost of the rest of my 10 year warranty that can no longer be used (and which I would not trust if it could be), which I will allocate to another warranty provider for any future roofing needs

GREAT EXPERIENCE ALWAYS WORKING WITH THIS TEAM! I am a licensed Realtor and I have used and referred Carlos and his team several times during the past two years. It's not often I write a review and share my thoughts but when you have a company that delivers on their promise 100%, it goes without saying I would recommend them. They are always keeping communication open and they are very professional. Jennifer as their administrative clerk is always extremely efficient . All the employees there know what they are doing and what they are talking about, very competent staff. They completely rellaced my roof in March of 2014. So I have gone through 2 rainy seasons and no problems at all. And I referred some friends who had them do some work for them on tjeir homes and businesses. I'm very confident in their work.

If you really want workmanship that is within the community standard it's best to avoid this company in my experience. I experienced delays after delays, requests for payment in full LONG before the work was completed, and a lack of attention to detail that required I hire another contractor to clean up their mess.And in spite of my efforts to rectify these issues with Carlos personally he refused forcing me to litigate the issue as a "small claims" filing --which was settled in my favorMy only saving grace from a legal perspective, I had a legally binding contract had a number of "before and after" pictures.Finally one word of advice NEVER render payment IN FULL until the job is completed IN FULL!

I had rain gutters put up by them and was satisfied with the work. I had other work to be done and was promised estimates and nothing. Repeated phone calls and e-mails have been ignored.I spoke to Carmen several times and she promised to call me back and never did. Just a poor way to do business and lose recommendations.

I had a roof replaced by JC Roofing and I paid them in full and trying to get hold of Edgar because the inspector said the roof was not finish needs flashing an tart. I have email and left messages for Edgar I would not recommend this company at all.
