This is the best company I have ever dealt with. They are honest and do quality work. They have done everything from little jobs to replacing whole systems for me. I just recently had my water heater making noise. He told me it was old, but didn't need to be replaced. He said because of the age he recommends it to be replaced. That's why I will never use any other for all my plumbing, heating, cooling, or gas needs.

Hessingers came to repair an outside leak in our water hose line a simple job. My husband had already dug up the hole to get to the area which had to be repaired and there was probably no more than 4 inches more to dig up. The tech came with a helper and although it was a one-man job, which had taken the original plumber an hour doing it alone, but together Hessingers took one hour and half. They did the job well, but their labor cost was $337.50 which was excessive. We had asked for a quote first, but they said it would be more than two weeks before they could quote us, and then longer for the job to be done so we went ahead waited two weeks for the actual plumber to come and do the job without a quote. Our mistake, the total for this simple job was $437.50 and with tax $475.45! Hessingers have a reasonable reputation, but my advice due to their excessive labor charges and sending two people to do a one-man job, which should have taken much less time with two people, be sure to get a quote first.Service: Plumbing leak repair

I called for an emergency and they returned my call almost 2 days later. They did a great job fixing my hot water PEX pipe though. Once they got here it only took an hour. To be honest out of the three plumbers I called, hessinger was the first to respond. Thank you!

A little over a year ago Mr. Hessinger himself came out to give my MIL a quote on a new water heater and furnace installation. He ensured us a top notch installation. She was very specific about a Bryant furnace model that was very quiet. No problem with the water heater, but about a year later; the furnace is the LOUDEST furnace I’ve ever heard in a home. They even brought out a different model from the quote the first time, but we caught that during the installation and they had to take it out and bring the correct one. The duct work that they had to replace for the correct model is what’s making the noise. They also did not install the smart thermostat that we asked for (and paid extra for), but we let that slide. When I called to have them come out, they told me the furnace is still under warranty, but the labor warranty expired. I’m in the trades, and I know that a quality installation should outlast the equipment. They said I’d have to “pay for the labor if she sent someone out”. And I won’t even get into the inspection. Our plan was to use them for the next phase in our upgrade but that’s highly unlikely now.

Gabe Hessinger and his assistant, Jason, are the 2 young men who came to replace my 25-year-old gas furnace and gas hot water heater in my home. They showed up on time each day and stayed until the new furnace was perfectly operational before leaving the first day. Gabe and Jason were proficient, polite and respectful. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. They were at my house 2 days in a row and cleaned up after themselves each day. There were a few difficulties with the installation of the new thermostat, but they stepped up to the challenge.I have a background in electrical and mechanical engineering. Therefore, I can totally appreciate the exceptional work that Gabe and Jason did in installing my new equipment. They made sure that the new furnace and water heater installations met the current building codes. I have hired several other workmen in the past to do work on my house or around my property who were very rude and not caring about what they were doing. Gabe and Jason were perfectionists and it was obvious that they wanted to do the best job possible.The price I paid for the new furnace and water heater was very reasonable. I really appreciated that they did not try to sell me equipment that would have been too large for the size of my home as another company did in their quote. Kris Hessinger, the owner, also did not try to sell me the most expensive equipment, knowing that I am a senior living on a limited income. The furnace and water heater they installed are perfect for my needs.Because they are such a reliable, fair and honest company, you have to be patient to be scheduled with them as they are booked for non-urgent, routine jobs several weeks in advance. I was willing to wait because of their integrity, great reputation and fairly priced quote. It was a pleasure to speak with their office staff who are also kind and professional.I would give Hessinger’s a 10-star rating if possible as they are an exceptional company with which to do business. Their written quote says, “Thank you for letting our family take care of yours.” They certainly lived up to that goal. I was given a price for doing work on my minisplit. The invoice I was given did not reflect the quoted price. I asked Daniel why the price was different. He indicated the job took less time than he thought it would which reduced the hourly rate.That has never happened to me before.The business is very well run and everyone is helpful and polite. You will always know by text or email when your appointment is, when the technician is on his way and followup copies of all the paid invoices.This is a long wordy review but it honest and the business deserves this praise.

Unable to remove the shower arm, I called Hessinger Plumbing. Frank called ahead and showed up on time. He greeted me with a friendly smile and in a courteous manner. Our central air stopped working during this crazy heatwave (100+). Desperate to find someone to help. Two larger companies (1, I'd done business with) gave me a 2 week time frame, I understand everyone is crazy busy, but! Called Hessingers, they were able to come in a couple days. My outdoor faucets are 20+ years old and leaked. Zach Martin spent time tweaking/tightening them (all 4) and said he'd apply the service charge $81 to the next visit if the faucets still leak and need replacing. One is still leaking, and I may go for replacement, even though it means cutting through a wall.

Was referred to them on Facebook, saying they were the best around Los lunas NM. They wanted half of the cost of the job up front The first day they came out work was done but not finished, but wanted the other half of payment in order to schedule inspection fron the state inspector they failed to meet inspector showed up after he had already left they still have not returned to back fill ditch and check appliances to make sure everything is okay. It's been 3 weeks poor communications and failure to follow through with their obligations to the job. Would not refer them to anyone.

Thankful for the service and knowledge. Did not have a scheduled apt and they squeezed us into the schedule. Have had many plumbers attempt to handle the situation at our rental none of which have ever given us the great advice they gave us. Took care of the problem in no time, customer service was awesome and the price was the bonus very fair pricing!
