Absolutely awesome family-owned plumbing service. Lloyd is the master plumber, Raquel his daughter runs the office and Kevin his son does just about everything. Kevin and his assistant Chris worked on three plumbing projects at my house today and left with all three diagnosed and fixed (one may not even have had an issue, so we are in testing mode on that one). They obtained partsdiagnosed and resolved the issues the same day, quickly, accurately and very professionally. Answered the phone (a rarity in Las Vegas) called me back to schedule and got scheduled in faster than any other plumbing company. They are now my go-to plumbers. So happy with their work and professionalism. It is hard to find great and professional plumbers in Las Vegas, but this family did an outstanding job.

These guys REPIPED our entire house in 2 days! We went without water only 1 night! Thank you Lloyd, Kevin & guys! You guys are awesome! We'd give you 10 stars if we could.Oh btw, this is the 3rd time we've used them. But the 1st review I've done. Poor customer service! Lloyd provided and estimate for residential new construction services. I emailed him a set of plans along with the property address. I signed a contract and provided half of the money down. 3 days prior to work starting, he said it was too far and would have to readjust the price! Now I have to find a new plumbing company and he set my project back by weeks. Thanks Jeffery's!

Poor service and super unprofessional. I was having trouble with my furnace. I called and they came out to look at it, charged me $150 and told me I need to replace the gas valve. They said they charge $150/hr (they were there maybe 30min). I paid cash and the guy was very hesitant on providing me a receipt but he did finally. I was told they would get back to me to let me know if they find the part I need. They never called me back. I called and the secretary said she would have them call me. Nothing! I had someone else check my furnace to find out the guys had taken things apart and left it a mess, making things worse! Save your time and money! Do not call this company, you will be left in disappointment! They don’t deserve even 1 star.

Everytime I need them, they are there. One time I didn't use them on a septic job and I needed them to fix the other plumbers mess.This is the first call you make when you need a plumber. I didn't ask how much on this last job because i know they'll get the job done right.

They got the job done. It took 2 days. But their price was too high for the amount of time they took . This job only took 20 min to fix and I got chged $320
