If would suggest that if you are looking for a building you should not use Cleary Buildings. The company is managed horribly. During my project the supervisor changed 4 times. My building delivery got postponed from the end of October to January. I was asked to pull my own permits. When I went to go talk to the permit office I was told the builder needs to pull them. How does a company of this size not know that?Now at this point they are asking for their final payment even though they are not done with the job. They have also not received their green tag for my building yet.

If only I could give 5 NEGATIVE STARS. Horribly run company, take your deposit, no communication, postpone schedule repeatedly. Show up one day and not the next. Worst experience ever and will make sure to tell everyone I know DO NOT USE CLEARY, THEY ARE LIARS!!

We are considering using cleary buildingto build this a home and the salesperson was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I don't know if I will go this direction just yet, but they are definitely in the running .
