Woke up with leak in the bedroom. Called Robles and they came same day. Fixed the roof and replaced skylights. All work guaranteed for 2 years. The person who fixed ceiling was an "artist" for he matched perfectly my ceiling pattern. Highly recommend!

Worst company I have ever felt with, they replaced entire roof to repair a leak in the bathroom by the exhaust vent, it started leakin again a month later , I called several times , then finally got a hold of them , someone came and looked at the roof and said someone will be over tomorrow to fix it, that never showed up and again it was very hard to get ahold of anyone, he would say someone already fixed the roof witch was a lie, my wife is home all day every day.Still leaking to this day, this started over two years ago.Do not do buiseness with them !!!Service: Roof installation

Last month, I needed to get my roof shingles replaced near the AC unit as well as my AC unit installed. Robles Roofing truly went out of their way to help me and fit me in their schedule. They did a wonderful job and I'm very pleased how they replaced the shingles and matched the shingles perfectly to the rest of the roof shingles. Their clean up was very good too. Also, Raul always kept me informed regarding the project. They are very professional, kind and honest people and I am so very grateful to them for going above and beyond. I would definitely and highly recommend them and I wish this company much success!

Robles did an outstanding job installing my TPO roof. They took the time to explain everything involved. They worked hard and were very efficient in getting our roof installed. We walked around together when the roof was complete to make sure everything was as it should be and they even came back to fix a few small details for us. Raul and the entire Robles crew did a great job on re-roofing my house.I did some comparison estimates and read the feedback reviews on several sites before I choose a roofer. I'm pleased to say Robles Roofing lived up to their positive reviews.I live in Texas and this roof was on a rental house in Albuquerque. Being a state away has it's challenges and concerns, but Raul communicated with me and my tenants very well.Since I wasn't able to be onsite, Raul sent me pictures of the work that had been done, which I appreciate and demonstrates their commitment to customer service.I definitely recommend them. I was referred to Robles Roofing by a coworker. I called and set up an appointment. A day later they came out and were very pleasant & thoroughly explained to me what my options were. They were more than willing to work with me to get me exactly what i wanted. I ended up deciding to get a Tar & Gravel Built Up Roof. It’s been roughly 3 years since the job was done. Never had any leaks or any issues with the roof to this date. I would definitely recommend them as they give great pricing and provide professional work.

I was living out-of-state and had received re-roofing bids from my real estate agent on a home I was purchasing. Initially, I selected Robles Roofing for the detail of its bid, i.e., specs on materials, labor costs and warranty as well as my sense of conversations with Raul. In addition to the re-roofing, I had asked about Robles performing additional work which was to install a new AC unit on the roof: Without hesitation, Robles agreed to do the work. This was a great benefit to me to have this extra bit handled by Robles.Throughout, I received the utmost professionalism and standard of care from Raul and Saul Robles with regard to work and payment scheduling, timely progress reports, providing copies of permits, receipts and manual(s) as well as meeting with me post-completion to address and assure customer satisfaction.Highly recommended folks!!!

I had a leak that showed up in my garage and after having several differing opinions about what my problem was, I trusted the response from Robles, because their solution made the most sense and dealt with both the potential problems at the same time. They were correct in their analysis and suggested the best way to fix the problem, and prevent future problems. Price was fair and reasonable. I will call them again, when I am ready for my new roof in a year or two.

Nice guy. Showed up on time--same day, actually. Fixed my roof (I think); did minor repairs. He told me he would send me an invoice and pictures of the roof where the repairs were made (it's nearly 30' in the air). I made the mistake of paying him before I received pictures or an invoice. I've made multiple inquiries, requesting an invoice and pictures of the completed work, but he hasn't responded. I guess I'll have to get up there to check the work myself. The review is a "5" for quick response and fitting my job in to his schedule. The price is also a "5." The repairs can't be ranked because I don't know what he did--only what he said he did; he still hasn't sent me pictures. And, the communication since has been horrible.

Called them, and got an estimate the next day to remove an existing roof & install a new shingle roof. Started the job next day after the contract was signed. Gave a 15 year warranty on their labor. Everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Looks really good.

Very courteous and professional. David Robles said his crew would be by at 8 am; they showed up at 8:03 am ready to go! I had a small but constant leak above my garage. They showed the problem with photos and repaired it (I think!). David promised to be back when the rains come if there is any issue. He stands by his work.
