Some kind of crooked thieves these people are trying to be. If you look for reviews, you see they rated themselves on different sites. I went through an entire planning phase with this "company" only for them to turn and try to tell me to give them a 40,000 non-refundable deposit before any work could begin. Reason given was that too many people start projects but then end them and want their money back. Well, I wonder why that is.

We used Rodeo for a second story room addition 20X24. Rodeo owner failed to scope the project properly which cost us 12K in electrical costs, the project was supposed to take 45-60 days ended up taking 4 months. No project manager, poor quality windows, doors, and HVAC which we had to upgrade and pay extra for. Stairs to second floor were built with 2X10 rough lumber instead of stair treads, which again points to poor workmanship. Porch railing was put in and didn't meet code so it had to be taken out and rebuilt. Overall, we were not happy with the work, quality of service, responsiveness of the contractor or time to build. I would definitely NOT use them or recommend them to anyone.Service: Home building

I was afraid to try paying a construction company instead of doing a room remodel myself. I was more afraid to try flooring as a diy project and mess it up. But, my biggest fear was to hire a handyman who would stretch out a job forever and possibly leave with my money and a job not ever completed. We have all heard stories from friends along those lines.I didn't need to be afraid: Rodeo Construction did everything right.Eloy was friendly and helpful and oversaw every single step himself, personally. Although his office staff may get a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 out of 5, the actual job done took only 3 business days: removal of popcorn ceiling, prep the room to paint including texture on ceiling and patching and prime, painting the entire room from ceiling to new baseboards to matching outlet covers, removal of old carpet, prep on the cement floor including some sealing needs and clean up before laying a brand new 100% waterproof floor that looks like stone.Each day, he met his local guys at my home to go over every question and concern and paranoid thought I was having. Each day, he got back to me within a couple of hours if I sent him a picture to ask a question or share something that seemed a possible problem. He did not mind at all holding my hand through it and taking time to explain things.Now, several weeks later, I am typing this review from my new office room that both of my daughters once filled with poster/picture holes in the walls. If the cat throws up, it is a simple wipe up with no more scrubbing on old icky carpet. My office space now entertains my grandsons and their messes without any fears. It is bright and clean and I am a satisfied customer.I am so very satisfied that my husband hired him a few days ago to remodel our laundry space and install a new back door with a window that opens to allow fresh air inside. That second project will be completed in a day or so. I am so very satisfied that I hired them again to remodel my old office space into a new guest room. They started to remove the popcorn ceiling this morning.It can be a scary thing to spend money on construction but Eloy and Rodeo Construction has taught me that I can trust the process. Not only do I have a very durable product on my floors but they warranty their labor as well for two years. (Hiring a friend of a friend handyman can't give anyone a real warranty, just words that fly away in the air.) If my fears of flooring shifting away from the walls actually became a reality, Eloy would take care of it. No more paranoia. The job was finished clean and beautiful and I am at peace!
